Remus continued flying upwards until favonovel.com was ten thousand feet off the ground. From this height, favonovel.com could see not only the entire area of Monington but also everything in the surrounding forests and mountains.
Although it was snowing heavily on the former sacred land, the dense forest below remained lush and green.
They’re not here…
Remus looked toward the area where Bucky and the other beasts usually gathered, only to find that there wasn’t a trace of any creatures there. There were only what ordinary people would call wild animals present.
Where did they go?
Remus couldn’t help but frown.
The scene was too bizarre. He had thought favonovel.com would encounter Adalyn when favonovel.com came out and anticipated another fierce battle. He even thought that Monington might use Vifilda and Glinda as hostages. But right now, favonovel.com couldn’t see a single person around, nor could favonovel.com sense the beasts’ presence.
Not wanting to waste any more time, favonovel.com let his fighting spirit radiate outward, quickly taking to the air to search the entire mountain range.
Since favonovel.com couldn’t find them, favonovel.com would just have to use the stupidest method.
As soon as favonovel.com moved, favonovel.com felt something different. In the past, when his fighting spirit was unleashed, favonovel.com would surpass the speed of sound and cause a sonic boom. But now, his body seemed to merge with the air, making no sound at all.
Specifically, in the past, sonic booms were caused by significant friction, but now it felt like his body and the air were seamlessly integrated with no sense of friction at all.
But now wasn’t the time to think about this. He needed to search for the beasts.
About half an hour later, favonovel.com finally felt a beast’s presence in a part of the dense forest and descended quickly.
The moment favonovel.com did, a roar echoed through the forest. The beast seemed very displeased with an outsider entering its territory.
Remus turned toward the noise and saw a monstrous bear, standing 15 feet tall, with its mouth wide open.
Just one glance was enough for the bear to go silent because of the look in Remus’ eyes. It lay down on the ground, trembling with fear.
“Where is your so-called Beast Lord?”
Remus didn’t mention Bucky’s name because it seemed that within the group of beasts, they only knew favonovel.com as the Beast Lord and not Bucky.
The bear, upon hearing his words, began to tremble even more violently. Then, shockingly, it rolled its eyes and passed out, resembling a human as it kept frothing at the mouth.
Remus was stunned. He had only asked it a question, but it had fainted from shock!
He took to the air again, surveying the surroundings.
Soon, favonovel.com sensed the presence of another beast and descended once more.
Suddenly, a scream echoed through the forest.
Upon closer inspection, large black monstrous birds, each with a wingspan of over six feet, began falling from the branches.
Their behavior resembled the monstrous bear’s. All of them were trembling uncontrollably, their wings had stiffened, and their claws were twitching non-stop.
“Huh?” Remus looked puzzled.
He could tell their situation likely had something to do with him, but favonovel.com hadn’t done anything but approach them.
What was happening?
Could it be that by reaching Martial Divinity, I inherently exerted pressure on them?
But his spiritual energy should be called his domain now. His domain hadn’t even been released, so it shouldn’t have impacted the creatures at all.
Why was this happening?
As favonovel.com slowly descended to take a closer look, favonovel.com noticed that the birds became even more peculiar. They stopped twitching altogether and instead became completely rigid, like they were petrified with fear.
When they were in this condition, never mind getting them to speak, even making them turn over would be hard.
