Their hearts skipped a beat, and their faces fell, making them look like their souls had been sucked out of their bodies. It was as if the world had fallen apart.

Kennard was in the middle phase of the Divine Unity Stage. He was on the brink of achieving the and phase. Meanwhile, Remus had only achieved the golden stage.

The purpose of starting the fight on the Life and Death Platform today was to let Kennard kill Remus. It never occurred to them that Remus would be the one who’d kill Kennard with a single move instead.
They wondered how come there was such a genius in this world. They were nothing but dirt compared to him!
