The disciples were all astonished and began to discuss among themselves.
Valerie frowned. She took an awkward step forward and turned to look at Richardo.
Richardo remained calm and smiled slightly. “It’s just a normal occurrence… This one happens to be a bit brighter than usual. Seeing a comet brings good luck, and it also signifies that my father will soon return victorious.”
As soon as favonovel.com finished his sentence, the meteor crashed heavily onto the steps leading up the mountain, causing the entirety of Shenington to shake.
The next second, the small, remaining fragment of the meteor emitted a tremendous amount of energy, radiating a shockwave from its core. In an instant, the wave swept across Shenington and struck Eternal Sentinel Mountain.
The plants and trees swayed, and a gentle breeze blew. Although it didn’t cause harm to any of their plants, disciples, or mythical beasts, deep inside, everyone felt like their world was falling apart.
They could sense that the dense spiritual energy around them was quickly thinning. It felt as though all the energy had been contained within a barrier. Now that the barrier had broken, the energy was rapidly escaping and dispersing.
A disciple let out a gasp of surprise, while the other disciples were similarly alarmed and exclaimed, “Does this… Does this mean Saint Master Kylian has fallen?”
“It can’t be! But… Why is the spiritual energy dispersing?”
“Didn’t the Saint Master go to kill Remus? How did favonovel.com end up dying? Could it be that Remus killed him?”
Upon hearing that, the disciples started panicking.
“Run!” someone said.
The newly joined disciples, who had been there for less than a month, quickly took to the sky and fled. Shenington, which had just started showing signs of life, was once again deserted.
“Could… Could this really be the Saint Master, Young Saint Master?” Valerie asked in extreme terror.
She was experiencing unprecedented panic.

Seeing this, Valerie started trembling uncontrollably. She had never thought about leaving before, but now favonovel.com had to consider it.

But just as favonovel.com was about to take to the air, Richardo suddenly spoke up, “Father isn’t dead! Did you hear that? Father said he’s not dead and is just delayed by something. He’s already killed Remus and will be back soon!”

As favonovel.com spoke, favonovel.com flailed his arms and legs. While unsteady on his feet, favonovel.com started tumbling down the thousand-foot staircase.
Valerie completely broke down upon seeing this. Richardo had gone completely mad.
In moments like this, if someone had to die, better it be a fellow disciple than her. She needed to leave immediately.
She swiftly leaped into the air, but just after rising several feet, 11 faint strands of golden light suddenly descended from the sky.
From those strands of light formed 11 ethereal human-like figures above the sacred ground. While their forms were humanoid, their specific features were indistinguishable.
One of them asked in a cold voice, “What happened to Shenington?”
