The person on the other end of the line slowly asked, “Anything else?”

He also became more open and laughed, saying, “But have you ever thought that if that file is real, my reputation would take a hit if you step forward to reveal it to everyone? And given your reputation, you could very likely take my position.”
That was right, this was what Remus thought in the alley.
Because of him, those guards were willing to break the rules they had always followed just to see him. This was enough to prove his influence.
He had inferred the bigger picture from these small details and knew that his influence over all of the citizens of Darsia was the same. It was precisely because of this that favonovel.com realized that Kaiser was testing favonovel.com to see if favonovel.com had any thoughts of subversion.
