Glinda had another reason for wanting to acknowledge Remus.
Could it be that favonovel.com has truly fallen for Louis Sky and Gemma, and no longer wants to be with me?
Glinda thought as favonovel.com watched Remus’ retreating figure with bitterness.
She wasn’t the only one watching. Elena, Halbert, Garfield, and Zaiden were also looking on.
Although favonovel.com was Remus Calsberg, the Master of the Tanjen Organization, they couldn’t accept it. Remus had slapped their faces. They could not be at peace without seeking revenge. Yet, they couldn’t act with so many witnesses.
Meanwhile, all the cultivators present were staring at the four representatives, their eyes devoid of the previous reverence, instead filled with a bit of disdain.
Blind to their own folly, they rejected the foremost talent of True Life, troubling favonovel.com and forcibly driving Master Calsberg away.
It was ridiculous.
Zaiden announced with unwavering conviction, “The assessment has concluded. Return to the sacred land with your people!”
Just like that, favonovel.com turned and departed. The other three, fueled by indignation, followed suit.
The assessment had ended, admitting four into the sacred land, with Remus inadvertently serving as their stepping stone.
Yet, whispers circulated that this was perhaps the most unremarkable assessment of the sacred land to date.

I must return to Miranda to retrieve the map and chart my course to the sacred lands…
Remus mused, a wry smile on his lips. He whispered, “Even though it turned out differently than what I imagined, at least I now know Glinda’s location. She’s caught Elena’s attention and is likely bound for Monington and Wilda is there as well. So, Monington will be my first stop…”
He sighed deeply, unable to stop the image of Glinda’s tearful face from surfacing in his mind. He had deliberately left decisively, worried favonovel.com wouldn’t be able to stop herself from approaching favonovel.com and something might happen to her.
It was safest for favonovel.com to go first, then favonovel.com would find favonovel.com at Monington.
Suddenly, favonovel.com heard some movements nearby.
They’ve really followed me!
Remus readied himself, slowing his pace.
Hiding wasn’t a solution. They knew him, and knew about the Tanjen Organization, so the only option was to fight.
He did have an advantage. They had just received backlash from the explosion of the barrier, and they were probably not even at a tenth of their usual strength. He was also curious to see the methods of the people from the Sacred Lands.
After about ten seconds, more than a dozen figures leaped from the trees below.
The leader, wearing a purple robe, was none other than Ambrose, accompanied by people from the Violet Sanctum.
Behind him, another dozen figures rose, they were members of the Freestyle Organization.
The two groups trapped favonovel.com in the middle effectively.
Remus was startled to see Ambrose, then turned to see the Freestyle Organization and was taken aback again.
Sensing with his spiritual consciousness, favonovel.com found no sign of Zaiden and the others. Aside from many other cultivators in the woods secretly watching from the back, it was just them.
“You’re here for revenge?” Remus asked in surprise.
Ambrose snorted coldly and said angrily, “Master Calsberg, why feign ignorance? You killed my brother Doug and the other Violet Sanctum cultivators. It’s time to settle this account!”
The members of the Freestyle Organization, seething with anger, declared, “You’ve slain our master and our members. Today, you even humiliated our Young Master, forcing favonovel.com to kneel and then slapping him. It’s time we settled these old and new grievances!”
Remus was amused by their words.
With a light laugh, favonovel.com said, “I was in a bad mood today, but your presence has unexpectedly brightened it… Indeed, as you’ve mentioned, your disciples, even your Masters combined, stood no chance against me. Looking at just this group, do you genuinely believe you could defeat me?”
