This was Jake Spark’s mansion, located at a great location that could bring endless prosperity and fortune. In the living room, Jake and the six wizards were having a meeting.
Suddenly, the door was opened, and Master Wanfumpus returned with the Lucky Apple. “Boss, I’m back!”
Jake couldn’t help but stand upon seeing him. He nodded in excitement. “Great! Welcome back. Let’s start…”
He coughed before favonovel.com could finish. This was a long-awaited moment as the Gracefields were a large and powerful family. After all these years, a lot of luck was absorbed in that Lucky Apple.
Soon, all the lights in the villa were dimmed, leaving the Namas Valley in total darkness. Only a candle was lit in the middle, giving some light in the darkness.
Jake sat in the middle of the living room with the Lucky Apple in front of him.
Around favonovel.com were Master Wanfumpus and the six other wizards. Once everything was settled, they started a spell that could help Jake absorb the luck from the Lucky Apple.
If they performed such a ritual on a Lucky Apple that belonged to a smaller family, all they had to do was place a curse on it and sniff out the luck. However, they had to be meticulous when it came to dealing with powerful families like the Gracefields.
The seven wizards chanted the spell.
Shortly, white smoke flowed out of the Lucky Apple and entered Jake’s nose. With a whiff, the wrinkles on Jake’s face instantly reduced. He took away the Gracefields’ luck by force.
As time passed by, the last whiff of luck from the Lucky Apple entered Jake’s body through his nose. The whole ritual took two hours to complete, and finally, the seven wizards stopped chanting.
They got up and bowed respectfully. “Congratulations! You’ve increased your luck, and you’ll live for a hundred years without worry.”
Jake slowly opened his eyes, feeling the bad energy leave his body. In return, favonovel.com felt energized and had the urge to run around the mountain.
He couldn’t help but laugh in arrogance as favonovel.com crossed his arms and looked out from the balcony of his villa. “On the crest of success, I finally get to enjoy my success every single day! I will live for more than a hundred years! The Sparks will become the most powerful family in the world!”
At this point, it was not enough for favonovel.com to be Darsia’s wealthiest man. His next target was to become the richest man on earth!
With the extra time on hand, favonovel.com had the confidence to do so.
Master Wanfumpus stood beside favonovel.com and said respectfully, “Boss, we should quickly take the lifespan of the Gracefields now that their energy flows in your body. As time passes, your breath will return to normal.”
Since Jake had absorbed years of energy from the Gracefields, favonovel.com was considered a part of them, and that meant that favonovel.com could take away their lifespan. However, the breath would disappear with time.
Without hesitation, Jake turned back to his villa and returned to the main seat. The birthdates of the Gracefields were on the table. “Let’s start the ritual now!”
