Remus was taken aback when favonovel.com found out that this man was the commissioner. He was indeed wearing the Dragon Team uniform.
Captain Larry sighed, “Commissioner Cosby, please don’t get angry. You didn’t tell favonovel.com your identity, so favonovel.com was clueless. It’s all a misunderstanding. Remus, get up and apologize to Commissioner Cosby… Quick. He came from Centurio to check whether you’re qualified to join the Dragon Team. He makes the call, so hurry and apologize!”
When Captain Larry had been waiting below the mountain for Goetz, hoping to calm favonovel.com down, he’d received a call from Rain Cosby. He was shocked to find that Rain was here to review Remus.

If it wasn’t for the sake of Captain Larry, Remus would’ve slapped Rain out of this backyard.
Outraged by Remus’ provocation, Rain gritted his teeth. “Fine! Do you want to do it like that? I officially announce that you failed the review and that your application to join the Dragon Team has been rejected! Most importantly, you’re never allowed to be part of the team!”
Remus frowned. Honestly, favonovel.com didn’t care about the Dragon Team’s status. The only reason favonovel.com wanted to be part of it was to make Jean proud.

Captain Larry became serious and said, “Commissioner Cosby, you can’t make a decision based on your personal feelings. Remus is qualified enough to join based on his abilities. I will make a report on you if you abuse your power.”
Captain Larry had only told Remus that the decision was in Rain’s hands because favonovel.com wanted Remus to apologize.
Rain sneered. “You’re going to report me? Heh! If the other team leaders were to report me, I might have been scared, but you’re the weakest among the other 13 teams. Who do you think you are? Who cares about your decision?”
Captain Larry’s face reddened from anger.
Rain was right, favonovel.com was the weakest. That was why favonovel.com needed Remus to strengthen their force. He bit the bullet and said, “I will make the report even if no one cares.”
“Go ahead. If they even frown, I’ll consider myself defeated.” Rain didn’t care.
He looked at Remus with disdain. “You are an insult to the surname we share. Bastard! You’ll be dead without the Dragon Team’s identity. Mr. Lotus will never let you go easily, and neither will I! Fortunately, I’m kind, so if you kneel and apologize, I might consider forgiving you!”
At this point, Rain decided to reveal the truth and mention Winston.

Last night, Captain Larry had told favonovel.com that the Dragon Team was a mysterious organization that was an important weapon for the country. But to Remus, Rain did look like a fool.
