Mr. Lawson sneered and threatened, “I’m letting you go for the sake of Ms. Adler. However, this isn’t over. I’ll deal with you after the auction.”
He returned to his seat after said that.
The crowd looked at Remus with a playful gaze, and they were excited about what was going to happen after the auction. They were curious to see how Remus would beg for mercy.
Remus shrugged and smiled.
“The auction continues!” Bailey took in a deep breath and continued, “Next is a piece of ancientjade, and all of us know…”
Suddenly, Remus spoke, “You don’t have to continue. I like this. One billion by card…”
It was a waste of time to auction the items individually, and favonovel.com didn’t know when they would reach the Midnight Opal. Remus decided to just buy everything before that.
