Three sharp cracks echoed through the room.
Ethan’s body jerked with a sickening crunch as Remus delivered a series of bone-shattering kicks to his shins and arms.

The onlookers were too frightened to even speak.
Only moments before, some of the onlookers would have attempted to intervene, but now they stood frozen, their very breathing slowed by the terror of the scene before them.

“That’s not true!” Skylar quickly waved his hands and explained in a panic, “Remus, everything was Elias’ idea. Elias was the one who wanted to blame you for everything! I had nothing to do with it! It’s all because of my incompetent son who couldn’t protect Miranda!”
“You were the hero who saved her. If things had gone according to my plan, the wedding would have been canceled. But Elias said we couldn’t cancel the wedding, and favonovel.com insisted on framing you!”
At a moment like this, it was every man for himself.

The guests around them also realized the truth.

Jean regained favonovel.com composure and looked at the tragic sight before her. She struggled to speak. “Remus, let’s stop here for today. Things have gone too far…”
She didn’t know how favonovel.com could resolve the current situation, and adding Elias and Skylar to the mix would only make things worse.

He looked at Skylar and Elias and sneered, “You can continue with the wedding.”

Jean pondered for a moment before saying, “I hope you guys learned something today.”

As they walked out the door, the crowd began to stir.
