The lackey dropped to his knees before Dominic, tears streaming down his face in an exaggerated display of desperation.
The other nearby lackeys exchanged subtle glances, admiration flickering in their eyes.
This guy is putting on quite the show!
However, Dominic wasn‘t amused. His expression darkened with irritation as favonovel.com watched the sniveling man at his feet.
Without a word, favonovel.com pressed the barrel of his gun to the man’s forehead, his voice cutting through the air like ice.
“Shut up…”
The command was sharp and final, sending a visible tremor through the lackey. He immediately stopped crying, trembling as favonovel.com tried to steady himself.
Dominic’s gaze swept over the group with unrestrained ferocity, and his fury palpable.
“Bring me all his information. Now!”
“Yes, boss!” One of the lackeys bolted out of the room so fast favonovel.com nearly tripped over himself.
Minutes later, favonovel.com returned while panting heavily.
“Boss, I’ve got the details,” favonovel.com reported with a shaky voice. “The guy who took out Redwood, his name’s Matteo Larden. From what we’ve gathered, favonovel.com just appeared out of nowhere. There’s no trace of favonovel.com on the island before this. We’re guessing he’s from another island.”
Dominic shot up from his chair, his face contorted with rage, and delivered a brutal kick to the lackey’s chest.
“Do you think I care about that nonsense, you idiot?” favonovel.com snarled. “What I need is his strength and his skills! You’re worthless! Your pay for this month is gone. Useless trash!”
His words were punctuated by a stinging slap across the lackey’s face, its sharp crack echoing through the tense air. But favonovel.com didn’t notice the flicker of resentment that briefly crossed the lackey’s eyes.
The others stood frozen, not daring to utter a word. Watching the punishment unfold, they couldn’t help but think, One wrong move, and you’re next!
The lackey struggled to his feet, his voice shaking as favonovel.com continued. “Boss, Matteo’s only made a few moves, but each time, it’s complete domination. No one’s escaped favonovel.com alive. We can’t measure how strong favonovel.com is.”
Dominic sank back into his chair, pulling out his gun and meticulously wiping it down.
His voice was calm but laced with menace. “Spread the word. Tonight, at the Deathmatch arena, I’m challenging Matteo. He doesn’t have to show up, but if favonovel.com doesn’t, everyone connected to favonovel.com dies.”
The violent intent in his tone was unmistakable, sending a chill through the room. To Dominic, people weren’t humans, they were assets, disposable and insignificant, like animals bred for slaughter.
“Yes, boss!”
The lackeys scrambled to their feet, fleeingthe room like prisoners released from certain death. Within moments, the news spread throughout Ore Island at lightning speed.

“Did you hear? Dominic from the Viper Crew challenged someone named Matteo to a deathmatch!”
“Matteo? Who’s that? What kind of person gets Dominic to make a public challenge?”
“Exactly! Dominic usually snatches people up and tosses them straight into the ring.”
“You guys don’t have the full scoop. Matteo’s a friend of Angus from the Lopez Mining Group.”
“They‘re saying he’s a disciple of a hidden martial arts sect. Angus brought favonovel.com down from the mountains for this.”
“His skills are insane. I saw favonovel.com split the ground with just one hand!”
As rumors spread, information brokers on the island buzzed with excitement. Some spun tall tales, while others raced to uncover real intel, each determined to outdo the competition in gathering details on Matteo.
Angus stormed into the room at Lopez Mining Group, his face a mask of urgency.
“Matteo! Matteo!” His booming voice snapped Matthew from his quiet moment, making favonovel.com glance up from the tea he’d been calmly sipping.
“What’s going on?” Matthew asked, his tone calm despite the urgency radiating from Angus.
Angus stared at favonovel.com in disbelief. “How can you just sit there drinking tea at a time like this? Don’t you know Dominic from the Viper Crew has issued a deathmatch challenge to you?”
“I know,” Matthew replied with a steady voice.
“And you’re still sitting here like nothing’s happened?” Angus’ voice rose, his confusion and frustration evident.
Matthew’s lips curved into a faint smile. “This is exactly what I wanted…”
