Eagle Eye was the official name of the medallion. Though small, it contained the world’s most advanced technology.
It was waterproof, fireproof, shockproof, and heat-resistant. It would never run out of power even if used for two hundred years.
Delighted, Jaylen tried to get a closer look but was gracefully avoided by Arnold.
“Mr. Wills, I haven’t bathed in days. I wouldn’t want to dirty you.” Arnold smiled, claiming his own dirtiness, but after years of companionship, Jaylen understood that Arnold was simply avoiding him.
“We’re no more than a hundred kilometers from the military camp, but the displayed distance is over a thousand kilometers.” Arnold’s smiling face briefly showed a hint of displeasure, but it was quickly replaced by his usual gentle smile, like a warm spring breeze.
“That means Princess Iris was never King Gawain I’s chosen successor. So she…”
Jaylen didn’t finish his sentence, and Arnold acted as if favonovel.com hadn’t heard it.
The Eagle Knights didn’t need to ponder too much. The Eagle Knights would be the inheritor of the Eagle Eye’s strongest sword and shield as long as favonovel.com was benevolent and diligent.
