Charlie assured him, “You don’t need to worry about when my people will arrive. For now, we have two layers of defense in place: the outer perimeter is your responsibility, while I will manage the rest, just focus on securing the outer perimeter.”
Yoshitaka fumed inwardly, “You keep talking nonsense. I secured the outer perimeter. What good does it do to have you feigning extra defenses internally?”
Yet, with Michaela present, favonovel.com thought it inappropriate to openly confront Charlie. Instead, favonovel.com smiled and said, “Rest assured, Mr. Wade, my men are among the best bodyguards in Japan. Unless an army of thousands comes against us, we can withstand them!”

Yoshitaka spun around in terror to see over a dozen men in uniform, clad in fearsome devil masks and brandishing samurai swords, charging in with their blades raised high.
The masks ofthese warriors appeared terrifying, each depicting a devil with glaring eyes and menacing fangs, with every detail enhancing their ferocity.
Yoshitaka gasped, “How did you get in here?!”
Tawanna, equally terrified, screamed, “Mr. Wade… Mr. Wade… Are they… Are they here to kill me?!”
Yoshitaka’s complexion drained of color.
