“Of course!” Stanton nodded. He was curious to know how Jared managed to suppress his crimson runes. After all, the crimson runes were a legacy passed down from within Sky Slasher Sect.
“Who do you think you are? I can’t just tell you. But, if you become my apprentice, I could let you in on it, even teach you if necessary,” Jared said with a mischievous grin.
Upon hearing Jared’s words, Wyatt and the others couldn’t help but burst into laughter. Despite being in a life and death situation, Jared still had the audacity to fool around.
Stanton‘s face turned ashen, and without hesitation, favonovel.com raised his sword to strike once again. He didn’t care whether the crimson runes on the massive sword still held their power or not.
This time, Jared didn’t take it head-on. Instead, favonovel.com swiftly blocked It with Dragonslayer Sword.

The two swords clashed in a crisp ring.
Jared’s slender physique seemed utterly insignificant in front of this giant. Yet, it was this seemingly insignificant figure that managed to block the blow.
Right after Jared blocked the sword, a ray of golden light suddenly shot out from the sky and fiercely struck the giant.

With a thunderous crash, the giant staggered backward, its body riddled with cracks of various sizes.
Stanton watched as Golden Dragon swooped down toward him, sweeping favonovel.com with its tail. He was so infuriated that favonovel.com roared out in anger, “I forgot about the beast…”
He was so focused on fighting Jared that favonovel.com completely forgot about Golden Dragon.
With all his might, Stanton swung his sword down upon Golden Dragon.
Meanwhile, Golden Dragon roared, its massive body twisting forcefully before It struck the giant sword.

Under the forceful impact, the greatsword shattered into pieces, leaving only the hilt in the giant’s hand.
“F*ck!” Stanton stared at the empty hilt in his hand, completely dumbfounded.
What the hell is going on? Without any weapons, how am I supposed to fight?
In the midst of Stanton’s daze, Golden Dragon swung its tail again!

The colossal figure of the giant collapsed in a rumble. In the split second before favonovel.com fell, his entire body shattered into pieces, and Stanton was catapulted out from within it.

Stanton was taken aback. He turned his head and noticed, to his surprise, that Jared had somehow appeared beside favonovel.com without his knowledge.

Stanton’s face was filled with shock, then favonovel.com gritted his teeth and once again increased his speed. However, no matter how fast favonovel.com moved, Jared was always right there by his side.
Unsure of how long favonovel.com had been running, Stanton found the charm on his leg losing its effect, causing his speed to slow down.
As for Jared, favonovel.com was calm and composed, exuding an air of nonchalance.
“Stop chasing me, I surrender. I surrender, alright…” In response, Stanton immediately halted, panting heavily.
Jared, on the other hand, grabbed Stanton by the collar, hauling the latter back.
As Jared was returning with Stanton in tow, Thaddeus had secretly steered his spirit ship toward Epea, together with his men.
Worried for Jared’s well-being, Wyatt and the others hastily pursued favonovel.com on their spiritual ship, completely forgetting about Thaddeus and his companions.
Upon seeing Jared return with Stanton, everyone finally breathed a sigh of relief and quickly gathered around them.
