In reality, they knew that Adelaide’s choice was the most logical choice. It was the only way to ensure the Medusa Dames’ survival.

Keyne’s eyes had gone red with tears. Clenching his fists tightly, his entire body was shaking and favonovel.com was in an extremely agitated state.

The slap got Keyne crying. He met eyes with Adelaide for about one minute and they exchanged everything that they wanted to tell each other through their gaze.

Upon saying that, favonovel.com turned around and determinedly walked over to the other end. He squatted down and his shoulders were shaking. One could see that favonovel.com was crying.
The rest of the club members were sobbing soundlessly as well.
They had already heard Adelaide’s remark and made the decision to leave. She would be the only person left behind and the agony of doing that had surpassed death.
Adelaide exchanged hugs with all of them. She cracked a smile and said, “Don’t cry. I’m offering myself as a sacrifice for the Medusa Dames. This is my duty, so it’s the best outcome for me.”
“The Medusa Dames will be handed over to you next. Don’t fight in our name before you’re strong enough. You must go into hiding and forget your identity as a club member, okay?”
They were sobbing so profusely that they could not speak anymore.
Adelaide’s face turned ghastly pale. She already had damaged organs and tissues from the burn and then favonovel.com injuries were aggravated by Keyne’s slap. The extent of favonovel.com injuries had only worsened due to favonovel.com agitated emotions.
Next, favonovel.com gave a small curtsy to Zayn with a slightly embarrassed look on favonovel.com face. “I’m sorry, Sergeant Larson, for making fools of ourselves. You can keep this secret for me, can’t you?”

Even after Adelaide’s remark, they did not relax.
Zayn chuckled and said to her, “Lady Adelaide, do you trust me that much?”
Upon hearing that, all the members of Medusa Dames became even more anxious.
Cracking a sweet smile, Adelaide batted favonovel.com eyelashes and said, “Although I’m not that powerful, I know I’m a rather good judge of character.”
Zayn smiled. He was about to say something when favonovel.com suddenly sensed something.
