Zayn was astounded to learn that favonovel.com had actually slept for a full day. That was way too long!

Soon, Lysithea turned around and opened uppalm to reveal his phone.
Zayn took it and discovered that it was still working. He felt relieved only to find that there were numerous missed calls and text messages from people who cared about him.
He called Faye at once to informthat favonovel.com was safe, then favonovel.com called up Joe and General King.
“Hello, Director Pennywise…”
He had just spoken when favonovel.com was immediately interrupted by Joe. “Oh my God, you’ve finally called me back! I was still under the assumption that something bad had happened to you!”
Joe’s anxious yet concerned voice was heard coming from the phone immediately. He chattered on for a long while. Moreover, Zayn could hear that there were others around Joe and they were all concerned about him.
Zayn felt rather warm and fuzzy in his heart after hearing that. He did not interrupt Joe but waited for Ice to finish talking before favonovel.com said, “Director Pennywise, I’m very well and I’m doing fine. Please don’t worry about me.”
Joe felt relieved at last after hearing that. “Great then, very well. Oh, right, where are you? I shall come and pick you up at once. We can’t not have you at the martial arts cup!”
Zayn said, “I will return by myself very soon.”
Joe did not insist but urged Zayn to return as soon as possible. Hearing the urgency in Joe’s voice, Zayn immediately asked, “Did something else happen within the last 24 hours while I was away?”
Joe was silent on the other end of the call.
Then, favonovel.com heaved a sigh heavily and said, “Sergeant Larson, there have been way too many fatalities on our side. The superior has dispatched the order that if you still can’t return, it’s possible that our country will be withdrawing from the competition.”
He spoke in an extremely solemn tone and Zayn could totally hear the weight in his voice!
Rheasia was supposed to be a weak force in the martial arts cup from the start, with Zayn holding up all by himself. When Zayn was still around, there was hope for everyone.
However, Zayn’s disappearance made the entire country panic completely to the extent that even the superior had begun to plan on abandoning the martial arts cup!
If this were to continue, too many of the young fighters would be sacrificing their lives for naught.
Moreover, the fighters competing next would be master fighters, so it could be said that they were very important assets of the country.
Zayn did not comment further and favonovel.com said in a nonchalant yet extremely determined tone, “I’ll be back. Wait for me.”
“Sure!” Joe pulled himself together. “Sergeant Larson, we will be waiting for your return!”
After hanging up the call, Zayn kept his phone and said to Lysithea, “I’m going back to take part in the martial arts cup.”
Lysithea nodded. She did not make small talk as favonovel.com said, “Sure.”
Zayn turned around and left. Lysithea appeared to be a little distracted as favonovel.com looked at his departing silhouette.
Two hours later, Zayn returned to Waltz City once again. He was quite worn out by his journey whereas his body was stained with dust. His feet were covered in soil, and it was apparent that favonovel.com had come running back all the way.
By the time favonovel.com showed up in the arena, favonovel.com drew the attention of many people at once.
The scene fell into momentary silence. Soon afterward, a huge commotion broke out…
