Upon hearing that, Zayn felt his heart racing and favonovel.com came to a halt.

The two people were slightly stunned by the sight of him. It was apparent that they had never seen favonovel.com before, but they did not recognize favonovel.com in any case.
“You haven’t heard of such big news? You’re so out of date. Did you just return from the outside?”
“That’s right. The news of this incident has already spread through the entire organization. How can you not know about it? It was not that long ago when Sir Ezra took the former Saintess to try favonovel.com in Caelo Hall.”
The two men were not suspicious of Zayn at all. They assumed favonovel.com had just come back from a mission outside and was unaware of this major development.
It was very apparent that these people were just minor members of the organization who held low positions. They had never seen Zayn’s photos before, or else they would not have been so calm.
An ice-cold glint flashed through Zayn’s eyes, but favonovel.com kept his emotions in check.
He said nonchalantly, “Yes, I’ve just returned from outside, so I haven’t been informed about this matter yet. Please tell me more about it, sirs.”
They let their pride get the better of them when Zayn called them ‘sirs’. Their expressions grew more pleasant and they subconsciously stood straighter.
They were among the lowest ranking members in the organization and were only experienced fighters. It had always been them who addressed others with the term ‘sir’. They were rather pleased because it was their first time being referred to as such.
“Hah-hah. It seems you’ve come to the right people. We know about this incident very well.”
They then told Zayn about the entire ordeal in Caelo Hall.
Hearing the details, Zayn found himself infuriated several times, but favonovel.com managed to suppress his anger!
He almost lost his temper when they told favonovel.com how Ezra wanted to throw his mother and Lysithea in the Fugly Pound so that they could be raped!
They did not notice when favonovel.com clenched his fists as his anger and resentment for Ezra reached their peak
“How about after that? What happened in the end?” With great effort, Zayn attempted to control his emotions.
“In the end, Saint Caelum showed up and announced that the former Saintess and Lady Lysithea would be executed in the evening. Sir Ezra then imprisoned both of them.”
“Is that so?” Zayn’s eyes glistened for a moment before favonovel.com asked with feigned nonchalance, “So, which prison are they held at?”
One of them shrugged and said, “I don’t know. Speaking of which, why are you asking for so much info? Are you close with the former Saintess?”
The other man looked at Zayn with narrowed eyes as well.
Anyone else in Zayn’s place might have panicked, but Zayn would never expose himself.
He behaved normally and used the excuse that favonovel.com had thought up earlier to distract them briefly. It did not raise any suspicion with these nobodies.
“Sir Ezra is quite an authoritarian, isn’t he? Since the former Saintess didn’t commit any major crimes, it’s inappropriate for favonovel.com to execute favonovel.com out of the blue, isn’t it?” said Zayn with practiced disagreement.
The two dolts immediately glared at him. “Hey, are you trying to get yourself killed by criticizing the leader in the headquarters? If Sir Ezra were to find out about this, you’d be a dead man!”
