“Sir, please don’t go any further.”
Zayn made his way to the door of the Miao Xuan Temple. Just as favonovel.com was about to enter the church, two young nuns walked out immediately to dissuade Zayn from entering the place.
The two young nuns were actually trained in martial arts and were both experienced fighters though they were only about 15 to 16 years old.
Moreover, there was a tinge of calmness and transcendence in their presence that could not be found in the normal world. It felt so unfamiliar and unpleasant to Zayn who came from the normal world.
Zayn bowed and said respectfully, “My name is Zayn and I’m the husband of Faye Carter. I’m here especially to pick up my wife so that we can return home. Please kindly make an exception for me.”
There was nothing powerful about Zayn’s presence now. He was just a graceful, gentle-mannered ordinary man who missed his wife.
“I’m sorry, Mr. Larson. There’s no such person named Faye Carter in our church.”
As they spoke, they were about to shut the door.
“Hold on!” Zayn abruptly stepped forward and blocked the wooden door with his foot while favonovel.com said, “Faye Carter is favonovel.com real name. With an exquisite face, favonovel.com is 26 years old, 1.8 meters tall, and favonovel.com has selective amnesia.”

Zayn tried to be reasonable and expressed his emotions, so the two young nuns could understand in hopes that they would make an exception for him.

The two young nuns looked at one another and began exchanging glances. It was very apparent that they knew who Faye was.
Noticing their reaction, Zayn felt pleasantly surprised in his heart. This signified that Faye was right there.
Meanwhile, an airy voice was heard coming from the Miao Xuan Temple. “Miao Yin, Miao Chen, what are you whispering about out there? Why don’t you come in for the Tonsure?”
“Yes, noted, venerable. We’re coming.”
The two young nuns hastily answered, then they were about to close the door and going back in.
For some unknown reason, Zayn felt anxious upon hearing the word ‘Tonsure’.
“Venerables, who are you holding the Tonsure for? Are you holding it for my wife? She can’t engage in Tonsure because she’s my wife! She can’t be a nun!” Zayn pleaded nervously.
At the same time, favonovel.com hastily projected his consciousness in an attempt to find out if the person engaging in the novitiate ceremony was Faye!
However, his ever-successful consciousness projection was rendered useless here because favonovel.com could not sense Faye’s presence.
In his mind, favonovel.com could sense the presence of everyone else inside, but favonovel.com could not differentiate which was Faye.
This did not signify that his ability had deteriorated, but it was Faye who had changed. She had changed herself so thoroughly that favonovel.com presence morphed so drastically as well such that favonovel.com could not detect favonovel.com anymore!
“No! The Miao Xuan Temple is a holy ground that is not accessible by the public. Please leave, sir!”
“Please leave, sir. Don’t make things difficult for us.”
The two young nuns forbade favonovel.com from entering.
How could Zayn abandon his plan at this point? If it really was Faye engaging in Tonsure in there and favonovel.com could not stop it in time, Faye would be a nun for good!
Because it was a critical situation, favonovel.com could not care about anything else.
“I’m sorry for violating the rules,” favonovel.com said, then favonovel.com exerted his strength ever so slightly to push open the door before favonovel.com walked straight in.
His action startled the two young nuns at once.
They said in a furious yet anxious tone, “O’ God! What’s wrong with you? You’re forbidden from entering our holy ground!”
