Faye’s voice could not be heard at first, instead falling into silence. Zayn could only hear slightly rushed sounds of breathing.
Instantly, the smile on Zayn’s face was frozen stiff. He was quick to realize that the breathing did not belong to Faye but…
Soon, a relatively aged voice was heard on the other end of the line. “Zayn, it’s me.”
“Dad! Where’s Fifi? Is favonovel.com okay?” asked Zayn anxiously at once.
The person who picked up the call was not Faye, but it was his father-in-law, Waine Carter.
He immediately realized that something bad had happened to Faye, just by the tone of Waine’s voice!
Waine heaved a sigh and said, “It’s not my place to say this. It’ s better for you to come over and see for yourself.”
Upon hearing the words, Zayn’s heart sank even deeper. He hastily responded, “Alright, where are you? I’m coming over at once!”
Waine recited an address. It was the Central Hospital in Waltz City. Zayn hung up, and rushed over as fast as favonovel.com could without the slightest hesitation.
He was slightly anxious, but also a little puzzled as well. He examined Faye’s body right before favonovel.com had undergone isolation training.

His appearance startled the few family members smoking at the rooftop.
Zayn did not pay attention to their shock but favonovel.com found Faye’s ward room soon. He inhaled a deep breath, opened the door and walked into the room.
It was very quiet in the room. Zayn saw Faye lying on the bed immediately. She was very quiet as if favonovel.com was already asleep.
Zayn had only taken one glance to feel his heart wrenched in pain. It was because favonovel.com saw half of Faye’s hair turned white while favonovel.com bodily functions weakened even more. Had it not been Faye’s face, Zayn would think that favonovel.com was a woman over 50 years old just by the sight of her.
