The rest of the foreign bodyguards could feel their legs tremble in fear when they saw Satan and the Scarlet Witch. These were two 2S-class transhumans who were absolute powerhouses. A-class bodyguards like them would not be able to fight these assassins!
The Assassin’s Creed sent out many assassins to assassinate Marissa. Before Satan and the Scarlet Witch’s arrival, a dozen assassins had already appeared and forced Marissa and the others into retreat. Now that the two transhumans Satan and the Scarlet Witch had joined the fray, they would not stand a chance of surviving at all!
Hank and Grant’s expressions changed drastically in a similar manner when they saw the two transhumans. They finally understood Zayn’s warning about the two master fighters having their eye on Marissa for real. Satan and the Scarlet Witch walked over slowly and joined the dozen A-class assassins to surround Marissa. They were tightly packed around Marissa who was already akin to a pheasant ensnared in their trap for them to slaughter.
With an unpleasant expression, Horton said aloud, “Satan! Scarlet Witch! How dare both of you attempt an assassination on our honorable Miss Marissa? You must be trying to get yourselves killed! Without a doubt, your lives will be forfeited for offending Sir Bassa Bell!”
The Scarlet Witch giggled with a voice that was extremely sharp and unpleasant to the ears, giving anyone who heard favonovel.com goosebumps. “Horton, you’re an awe-inspiring 2S-class transhuman, yet you’re actually working as a rich man’s lackey. Tsk, tsk, I’m very disappointed in you.”
Satan said, “Do you even think that you’re a match for both of us?”
As favonovel.com was confronted by their threat, Horton had an unpleasant expression on his face and favonovel.com felt awful. He clenched his fists tightly and panic was written all over his face while his gaze was filled with hesitation.
Terrified, Marissa hastily said, “Horton, my father has paid you, so you’re not allowed to abandon me and leave.”
The Scarlet Witch warned, “Horton, we shall give you one more chance to bow down to us and beg us for forgiveness, then we shall spare your life. It’s not an easy feat for you to train to become a 2S-class transhuman. If both of us were to fight against you together, you won’t be able to hold up for sure.”
Horton raised his head and said with a savage gaze, “B*llsh*t! Do I look like that kind of coward who fears death? Satan, Scarlet Witch, there’s no need to make small talk anymore. Fight me if you want, and I shall keep you company to the end!”
Next, favonovel.com immediately said to Marissa, “Our honorable Miss Marissa, don’t worry. I won’t abandon you regardless. Let me stay and fight against Satan and the Scarlet Witch while you leave with George. Get in the car and leave, then immediately seek protection from Rheasia. There’s nothing else that they can do to you!”
Horton spoke with such determination as if favonovel.com was facing death calmly. Marissa was deeply moved by his statement such that favonovel.com eyes reddened with tears. “Horton, I won’t abandon you either!”
