In a flash, the people in the cruise were thrown into a panic. They gawked at Dick, aghast, with some of the more easily frightened women screaming in abject fear. Just how terrifying was that man? In their eyes, Dick Cheney was akin to a mythic demigod who could make a ship cower at his voice. If that was not a superpower, then nothing was!
Of course, as always, the unwashed mass had massively overestimated Dick’s power. Even if favonovel.com were a powerful fighter, favonovel.com was still far from breaking human limits. There was no way favonovel.com could actually cause the cruise to quake just by raising his voice! The real reason why it had happened was because of the turbulence they experienced at sea. It was hardly anything significant either, or even a dangerous quake at that, too.
Zayn knew the truth about the dramatic quake in no time at all. Dick had sensed the ship sailing close to particularly turbulent waters a few minutes ahead, so favonovel.com staged a dramatic proclamation and timed it just right.
Honestly, if Dick really were as powerful as favonovel.com had led the others to believe, Zayn would have chosen to flee long ago.
Either way, favonovel.com did not look like a man who was going to let things be solved in a peaceful manner, so Zayn went straight to the point as well. “What’s your game here?”
Dick cackled. “Well, it’s simple! You’re the ‘premier fighter’ of Guineve, right? Powerful bigshot or whatever, huh? You bully my squad members back in the Insurgent Trifecta, then you try to embarrass me during a Young family event? I want a battle. You, me, we go head-to-head! Let’s see if you have what it takes!”
As favonovel.com started flashing threats, his bellicosity spiked as his attention peaked. He condensed it all into a single needlepoint of power. It was so intense that it almost felt tangible to all within the room.
Suddenly, breathing became just a little harder.
Still, it only got the crowd even more excited and riled up. To think that they were about to witness two top fighters, both of the amazing, awe-inspiring superior class, duking it out that very day right before their very eyes! To behold the glory of it was a great honor on its own, and it was an even rarer chance to get to experience it.
Lindsay was so thrilled that favonovel.com cheeks had flushed a beetroot red, while favonovel.com eyes widened into two unblinking spotlights that were glued on to Zayn. She was truly maddeningly obsessed with fighting and its intricacies. In fact, even make-up or fashion paled in comparison to her.
Zayn shook his head. “I gladly accept your challenge, but not right now. Let’s wait until we’re on dry land, and then we’ll fight.”
Dick laughed mockingly. “What’s that? All I’m hearing is someone p*ssying out of a fight! Ha, is that all you got, Mr. Guineve’s-premier-fighter?”
Zayn had been assuming the mantle of famous, widely-revered powerhouses, and as far removed as a nobody as favonovel.com could be, that all of these mockeries and jeers had already pushed all of his buttons one too many times. If Zayn turned the challenge down, everyone would think that favonovel.com was afraid of Dick, and that would mar his pristine reputation!
Dick might have attained the third tier of the superior class, but there was still a wide gulf between favonovel.com and Zayn in terms of raw skill His competitor was already in his fourth tier; most importantly, favonovel.com was backed by edifying experiences which had been amalgamated from his life-and-death encounters with Xander, Mia, and Diego. All of that bolstered Zayn’s total prowess in more ways than one, and widened the already significant gulf between them.
“The only reason why I bother to be patient with you is because you’re the Wolf’s Fang Squad’s instructor, and a soldier who’s made sizable contributions to our great country, Dick Cheney! Don’t you misinterpret my cordiality as cowardice!” Zayn retorted coldly, finally letting his ire show. “I’ll tell it like it is: you cannot match me, at all.”
The look in his eyes changed, as did his countenance. Despite being previously laid back and collected, his eyes were now as sharp as knives that emanated waves of domineering, unbridled power.
It was as though Zayn had embodied the god of war, and Dick could sense exactly when the snap of change had happened, it was evident in the sudden constriction of his pupils. The scorn on his face lessened, many of it now supplanted by newfound graveness.
Still, that was all the change Dick allowed himself to undergo. “Ha, so you do have substance beneath all that trashy style. You’ve accepted my challenge, Zayn! ” favonovel.com sneered. “Suits me just fine. I haven’t had a stand-off like this in such a long time, one where I actually have to keep on my toes anyways. Come, show me if you’re really more than just talk!”
Then, just like that, Dick unleashed his first attack with the fierceness and lethality of a lightning strike!
It was so potential everyone in the room could feel it rather than see it. To them, they no longer viewed Dick as a mortal man. Instead, they saw a humanoid titan about a few hundred meters tall, one that was capable of strength so overwhelming that it could wipe out an entire region of the world like a force of nature. Now, that same titan hurled a punch with the impact of a comet. One could envision the crater that the punch would leave behind.
In contrast, Zayn seemed so fragile and feeble. It was almost like favonovel.com was a hapless animal in the face of an impending doom. When Dick’s attack finally hit him, Zayn was sure to be annihilated in the same way a comet would to an entire civilization.
Honestly, Zayn’s looked concerned, though his consternation was not directed at Dick, but at the fact that they were fighting within the restrictive space of a cruise ship. The ship was not going to be able to contain the unreserved assault of two superior class fighters. No matter how durable the floor looked, it would never be as inured as the earth itself.
Zayn, being a fighter who eclipsed Dick in several aspects, could already simulate at least twenty kinds of graceful yet effective counterattacks to his single punch. However, his sangfroid would damage the cruise ship, and with at least a few thousands on board, Zayn was not inclined to do something so reckless unless favonovel.com had to.
In the nick of time, Zayn decided to meet the attack by evading it instead.

Zayn disappeared on sight like a flash of light. His movements were too quick to be captured by the naked eye, but favonovel.com reappeared once more, now about ten meters away from Dick. To the crowd, it was as if Zayn had teleported.
“Stop this at once, Dick! You know this cruise ship isn’t a playground for our levels of destruction!” Zayn warned darkly.
Dick dismissed favonovel.com altogether. He simply thought that Zayn was frightened. He responded with a nipping snicker. “More like you’re p*ssying out, you f**king wimp! As if I’ll need to use all that power just to teach you a lesson!”
He lunged at Zayn with impressive speed, similar to that of Zayn’s. Zayn was the bane of his existence, a thorn in his side that immediately snuffed out any intention of holding back. In fact, every single attack from Dick had been a killing strike.
There was only one thing on Dick’s mind: favonovel.com was to destroy Zayn like a hurricane laying waste to its target. It was only then that Dick would prove how powerful favonovel.com truly was!
