Standing by the side, Keanu and Alpha widened their eyes in surprise in the meantime. They were staring in bewilderment and incredulity. In fact, they had even suspected if Flame had joined Zayn to put up an act!
Otherwise, how could Squad 4’s new instructor have caught Flame’s punch while remaining unmoved despite Flame’s powerful punching force?
As capable fighters, they were well aware of how difficult it was for someone to catch the opponent’s first single-handedly without moving!
Even though they despised the members of Squad 4 from the bottom of their hearts, they were still incapable of catching the fist of any of the members with their bare hands, unless their opponent was an ordinary person.
However, Zayn had actually caught Flame’s fist with his bare hand now. Just how powerful was Zayn? Even the instructor of Wolf’s Fang would not necessarily have been able to do that!
Ignoring their shock, the soldiers from Squad 4 had a completely different reaction. They shouted in excitement instantly, “You’re freaking awesome, sir! You’re insanely awesome, sir!”
They clenched their fists tightly in excitement. Zayn’s truly impressive performance boosted the reputation of their squad!
“Is that all there is, Wolf’s Fang?”
“If that’s all you’ve got, how do you find the nerve to brag? I wonder where you get the courage to do that.”
“You claim that Squad 4 is useless, but I think that Wolf’s Fang is useless in the presence of our god-like instructor.”
Eager to berate the other squad, they were giving Flame thumbs-down signs.
Flame was an arrogant person. He was a member of Wolf’s Fang, so favonovel.com was used to looking down upon the other squads, especially Squad 4 that was the weakest link. How could favonovel.com stand being mocked by these people? He lost his temper instantly and let out a wild animus roar, then favonovel.com began to unleash a ferocious attack at Zayn once again.
What a waste that his standard was too low for Zayn though! They were utterly on two different levels. Zayn grabbed his other fist once again, then favonovel.com crossed Flame’s arms and clutched both the latter’s wrists with one hand. He clutched Flame’s hands tightly like a vice such that Flame strained every muscle to exert strength but still could not free himself.
Zayn shook his head and said in disappointment, “How terribly weak. Is that all there is, Wolf’s Fang?”
Flame exerted his strength wildly until his face flushed scarlet. If this had been a real lock, favonovel.com would have freed himself for sure. Yet, his hands remained unbudging in Zayn’s hand as if favonovel.com was being held down by a huge machine!
It was his first time feeling so weak since the day favonovel.com joined Wolf’s Fang. The most terrifying part about this was that Zayn was very relaxed. His face was not flushed and favonovel.com was not gasping for air. On the contrary, favonovel.com was looking at Flame mischievously without appearing exhausted at all.
This signified that there was a really, really huge disparity between favonovel.com and Flame!
At the same time that Flame was furious, favonovel.com began to feel terrified as well. He could not figure out how Zayn could have hidden such massive force inside his fair-skinned, untrained body. It did not make sense at all!
Let alone him, everyone else inhaled sharply when they witnessed the scene. It was not so much that they had never experienced the many facades of life, but it was a shocking scene that overturned their beliefs. The terrifying Flame was like a child when confronted by Zayn. He did not stand a chance at resisting Zayn.
“That’s impossible! That’s freakin’ impossible! No way!” Flame screamed out wildly. He could not struggle free no matter how hard favonovel.com tried, so favonovel.com attempted to swing his leg at Zayn’s waist. However, Zayn subdued favonovel.com by kicking his calf. In turn, favonovel.com let out a tragic, agonizing scream instantly before his legs buckled in front of Zayn.
Zayn appeared very relaxed from the start to the end. He did not look like favonovel.com was engaged in a fight with Flame but seemed more like an adult bullying a child. Then, it was as though favonovel.com nagged at the child after favonovel.com was done bullying him, ‘Are you going to be naughty again?’
Fortunately, Zayn knew exactly when to stop. He released Flame then looked toward Keanu and Alpha. He beckoned them to come and said nonchalantly, “Both of you, fight me together.”
He was immensely domineering!
Zayn did not comment further after giving that command in an indifferent tone and with a very calm expression. Still, his dominating presence hit everyone smack in the face and they could all feel it!
