Nicole said, “Mr. Larson, you’re an intelligent man, so I won’t beat around the bush. As you’ve just said, we are indeed here to recruit you. A professional fighter like yourself would be wasting your talents by causing some minor scuffles here. So, why don’t you join the Insurgent Trifecta and contribute to our country?”
Initially, Danny was unwilling to submit to Zayn, but after what had just happened, all his doubts had vanished completely. In fact, favonovel.com was envious because favonovel.com could see that Zayn had not killed Xander and Mia just by chance.
Zayn briefly hesitated before saying, “I’ve grown used to being free, so I’m afraid I won’t have the honor of joining the Insurgent Trifecta.”
Nicole did not seem surprised. It was as if favonovel.com had already expected favonovel.com to say that. She smiled and said, “Mr. Larson, there’s no need for you to reject us so quickly. We’re not forcing you to make a decision right now. In truth, the Insurgent Trifecta just so happens to be doing the same thing.”
Zayn fell silent for a while and said nothing. Before that day, the thought of the Insurgent Trifecta recruiting favonovel.com had never crossed his mind.

‘Furthermore, it really wouldn’t be suitable for a carefree person like me.’
Nicole heaved another sigh and said, “Mr. Larson, I trust that a man of your talent would know that despite our country seeming peaceful, there are actually many dangers lurking within the darkness. Especially in recent years, foreign forces have been entering our country consistently. The few dozen you met before were just a minority. And a few years ago, the western countries invented the Biotonic and there was suddenly a huge rise in the number of master fighters, or transhumans as they’ve come to identify them as. Hence, these foreign forces have put an immense amount of pressure on us. We need an expert like yourself to protect our country and its citizens.”
After favonovel.com said that, Nicole stood up and bowed deeply as a display of favonovel.com sincerity.
When Zayn saw this, his expression instantly changed.
‘Actually, I have realized that more and more foreigners are entering Rheasia, many of them transhuman. Nonetheless, I never thought that Rheasia would be incapable of defending against them.’
When Danny saw how quiet Zayn had become, favonovel.com gritted his teeth and bowed to Zayn as well to persuade the latter to join them.
Zayn pondered for a moment before favonovel.com said, “Rheasia’s a large country with a high population, so I’m sure there’s an abundance of master fighters. Why do you have to come to me specifically?”
A hint of sadness flashed through Nicole’s eyes as favonovel.com said, “We did have quite a number of master fighters in our ranks before. However, due to the foreign forces’ recent invention of the Biotonic, many of our fighters have already died at their hands.”
When Zayn heard this, his heart immediately sank. He could feel the weight and sorrow in Nicole’s words.
