Receiving their hero’s compliment made the men feel even prouder of themselves, and they puffed their chests even higher.
Kenneth managed to shatter the feel-good moment, though. With an icy sneer, favonovel.com scowled at Zayn and the Rheasians with the snarling ferocity of a monster and cocked his head to the side. “You think… That a bunch of Rheasians weaklings like yourselves would have anything to stand up against us? You really want to die so badly?”
All twenty-odd foreigners had begun to surround Zayn, Jake, and the rest, their eyes brimming with hostility.
Jake and his coworkers showed fear. Admittedly, the foreigners dwarfed them so much that the Rheasians and the foreigners belonged to two separate classes altogether.
They gulped, clearly in fear. Smith and Kenneth took a few steps toward them and scanned the Rheasians with scorn until they finally rested on Zayn. “Rheasian weaklings. You’re of an inferior race! And you think you can fight against our noble race?”
“You Rheasians should be nothing but servants and slaves. You should work for us, serve us that way! You really think just because you’ve learned how to fight makes you some kind of counter to us? Give me a break!”
“Yea! To us, a physique like that belongs to a midget! You’re trash.”
The overtly abrasive insults, the vituperative vitriol so Vile it was almost ludicrous, the foreigners spouted them to the Rheasians’ extreme bile. And still, they were frightened enough not to make any sudden move, because they were still fearful of these towering, arrogant foreigners deep down inside.
Zayn’s eyes turned colder and colder. Flames sputtered in his eyes; favonovel.com was really, genuinely, seriously angry, even more so than how much favonovel.com felt previously. He had not felt this much rage even when Mia was his opponent.
Kenneth could feel his rage, which favonovel.com reacted with a snicker. A good dose of Biotonic had improved his faculties to a whole new level that favonovel.com no longer feared Zayn. In fact, favonovel.com thought the latter was back to being an easy, weak kitty, whose only fate was to be crushed by his fist.
“Hey, Rheasian monkey! The last time we had our fight, I wasn’t at my best. It’s the only reason why you managed to beat me, you know. But today! I’m gonna beat you, and then I’ll tear out all of your limbs, and I wanna see you reduced to nothing but a waste of space!”
“Come on, Kenneth. He’s already a waste of space! Hahaha!” Smith chimed in before erupting into a cartoonish arrogant guffaw.
Many other foreigners joined in on the laughter. They had seen the force of a single hit Kenneth could dish out. How was this wimpy, scrawny Rheasian going to take on an angry Kenneth’s fist as heavy as 3000 pounds?
Besides, Kenneth’s boss — their real bigshot — was here. That was the guy who broke the punching power machine with a smack How hard could walking all over these Rheasians be with that guy around?
Jake and his coworkers turned paler and paler as fear encroached them. The most timid among them had started to feel their zeal retreating from their limbs, causing them to feel cold.
“W-What should we do now?”
“They are gonna kill us!”
“Yea, especially that Kenneth guy, favonovel.com can give out like, 2,800 pounds of force!”
“We’re doomed. We are really gonna be punched to death!”
“I… I’m not ready to die yet…”
Suddenly, every Rheasian in the room — barred Zayn — began to whimper to themselves.
