Bill was sure that favonovel.com could only secure a Pyrrhic victory, full of battle bruises or even lethal injuries, if favonovel.com went up against his gang members’ united attacks. Asking Bill to replicate the same ease and poise Zayn had as if favonovel.com was just humoring a group of schoolchildren was impossible. Hunter gulped hard. Goosebumps crawled all over his skin while his limbs turned cold. But does it ever occur to you that once you’ve founded a security company, it will be as if you’ve declared the Northmob Council your rival? Do you really think that’s a wise thing to do at all?”
He regarded Zayn’s silence and darkened expression and added, “You’ve got talent, tremendous amounts of it. If you really are that interested in the security business, why don’t I introduce you to the Council? You could be one of us and earn the power to do whatever you want in the entire country.”
Sean’s heart leaped at the offer. This, right here, was a windfall. Joining the Northmob Council was akin to earning a powerful backer for themselves and smoothing everything they could ever do within this nation.
Zayn’s response, however, was a loud peal of laughter. Then, without any warning, favonovel.com gave a lightning-fast kick to Bill’s eyes. Before Bill knew it, favonovel.com was carting through the air and slamming through the chair behind favonovel.com into a pile of broken pieces.
“Y-you!”
Bill felt as though his guts had burst from the impact. He was flabbergasted that Zayn would have the audacity to offend favonovel.com directly. He was simultaneously broiling and horrified, but before favonovel.com could scramble to his feet, Zayn had followed up with his foot on his chest.
He loomed over the man. “You’re just a squishy little ant, yet you think you can negotiate with a boot and get me to work for you?”
Now, Bill was utterly terrified. He could not summon enough strength to surmount Zayn off his chest, which left favonovel.com in the latter’s absolute control. He was an acquired fighter who had the fortune of consuming two Ossiumol, and favonovel.com should be better than most other fighters of his level. Alas, that was not what was happening here, Bill was hapless in front of Zayn, his strength virtually non-existence when going against him.
