However, it was at this time when a nonchalant voice piped up. Someone raised a paddle amongst the crowd.
“225 million dollars.”
A momentary silence swept over the room. Everyone looked around to find that it had been Zayn who had made the bid. He had a faint smile on his face and looked almost uninterested.
Mr. Hyde was rather startled as well. Zayn bidded 225 million dollars, basically doubling Hanson’s bid. How would the others outbid him?
150 million was a huge number. The annual profit of Violet Vision Media Corp would not even reach 150 million dollars in all likelihood. As the underworld king of Waltz City, Mr. Hyde appeared to be well-regarded, yet it was rather difficult for favonovel.com to procure 150 million dollars in such a short time.
After the momentary silence, clamorous discussion that was even louder erupted from the room. It was so loud that it could likely blow the rooftop of the Aeolus House away.
