Noticing Zayn’s somber expression, Vulcan’s heart was racing ferociously. He became even more terrified, so favonovel.com hastily explained himself, “I’m telling the truth and I’m absolutely not lying to you! I really am just a foot soldier in the organization and I don’t know where their base is. What I can tell you is their purpose.”
“Go on,” said Zayn without any change in expression.
Vulcan composed himself for a moment and said, “The organization’s involvement is so widespread that it has members in all sorts of professions. Its scale and power are beyond your imagination. Moreover, their influence goes beyond this country and it has infiltrated many other nations as well… Zayn, I know you’re a skilled martial artist, but I’d still like to advise you to call off your plans to fight them. Otherwise, the consequences will be dire.”
“Moreover, I can tell you this. The organization only let you live because your mother, the Saintess, appealed to them. However, that doesn’t mean you’re safe from now on. As you increase your power and profile, you will draw more of their attention. When your actions have breached the limits of their tolerance, the organization will certainly attempt to take you out.
