Skye and Stella immediately lost their interest in Phase 6 after viewing Phase 9. Skye tugged at Roman’s top in secret and inquired if favonovel.com could afford to buy the villa in Phase 9 and favonovel.com received Roman’s reply in the form of a ferocious glare on the spot.
What a joke, the starting price for villas in Phase 9 was 4 million dollars. He would not be able to hand over so much money even if favonovel.com were to sell himself. Even if favonovel.com were to take out a mortgage for a house, it would still be a huge financial burden for him.
“How’s it, you’ve viewed so many houses and still you haven’t seen anything you like yet?” said Skye sarcastically.
The realtor said as well, “Mr. Larson, may I inquire if you’re interested in which villa?”

Zayn smiled and pointed to the most luxurious and fanciest villa ahead while saying, “This one then…”
The realtor said, “Mr. Larson, are you certain that this is the one you wish to purchase?”
“Yes, will that be an issue?”
“The villa that you chose is the most expensive villa of our entire Barrow Cove. The land area it occupies is over a thousand square meters in total. It comes fully furnished with premier renovation of the highest quality materials. The total price is 6.06 million dollars,” said the realtor. He looked toward Zayn with a tinge of incredulousness in his expression.
He could not help feeling incredulous because Zayn’s attire was nothing remarkable. If someone told favonovel.com that Zayn was a food delivery boy, anyone would believe the baseless claim.
How could Zayn possibly afford a house that was close to seven million dollars!
Just as expected, everyone around them inhaled a sharp breath upon hearing the number. They were startled by the sheer amount because it was enough to acquire a rather large scale company!

“Stop messing around!” said Faye furiously in a soft tone.
Zayn smiled but did not attempt to make a reply. He turned around and said to the realtor straightforwardly, “I’ll take this then and I’ll make the payment now. Please go ahead and handle all the procedures.”
Skye and Stella were both disgruntled. They refused to believe that Zayn could afford a seven million dollar villa!
Zayn seemed to have recalled something all of a sudden so favonovel.com said to Skye, “Oh right, Skye. I seem to recall you saying earlier that you’re going to buy the villa next to ours? I’ve decided to buy the huge villa in Phase 9 now, are you going to buy one as well? I think the villas in Phase 6 are too small.”

Zayn did not refute but his action spoke louder than words.
