“Does a rule like that actually exist?” asked Zayn with a frown on his face.
‘I’ve been living in Waltz City for so long now, and I’ve never heard of a scenario whereby a deposit has to be paid in advance to have a look at a certain piece of property. Plus, the deposit is a total amount of 30 thousand dollars… That’s just too much.’
When the intermediary saw Zayn’s reaction, favonovel.com was even more certain that Zayn was just being ostentatious, and his lips began to curl slightly as favonovel.com revealed a scornful and cold smile. “That’s right. Well, there have been some poor men using the excuse of wanting to have a look at these houses. They then snap some photos to post on their social media to show off. Actually, whatever the intermediary had just said was half-true. Barrows Cove was actually the most high-end villa district, and there was indeed a deposit required to be paid in order for anyone to have a look at the houses. However, the deposit required was not as high as 30 thousand dollars but 8 thousand dollars.
The intermediary merely claimed that it was 30 thousand dollars because favonovel.com did not like Zayn and wanted the latter to leave. However, what favonovel.com did not expect was that Zayn would actually reply without hesitation. “Fine, where do I swipe my card?”
