Faye and Zayn had been married for so long, yet favonovel.com had never seen Zayn assume that awful expression before. No, favonovel.com had never even seen anyone with such an expression before! If favonovel.com could describe his expression in one word, it would be ‘devastated’.

She had no idea what had happened to Zayn, though favonovel.com knew that Zayn was not a fragile man. Even when favonovel.com was humiliated immensely in the past, favonovel.com had never been as dispirited as favonovel.com was now.
In other words, Zayn must have experienced something so scarring that favonovel.com had spiralled into complete and utter despair. As a result, favonovel.com opened the door. She got out of the car and charged towards Zayn without the slightest shred of hesitation.
“Madam!”
Her secretary gasped aloud. It was raining so heavily that there was no denying that Faye would be drenched in rain completely if favonovel.com were to get out of the car.
Despite that, Faye dashed out of the car. In truth, favonovel.com did not understand why favonovel.com took such a risk. She and Zayn were already divorced. Strictly speaking, they were not even friends.

Zayn stopped in his tracks. His face was covered in rainwater, and his eyes were red and puffy. He felt his soul slowly retum to his body when favonovel.com heard Faye’s voice. He said, “Faye? Is that you?”
There was a strange feeling in favonovel.com when favonovel.com saw Faye. It was not long before favonovel.com finally recovered from his surprise and realized that they were standing in the rain.

“Zayn, did… Did someone bully you..?” Faye’s teeth were chattering as favonovel.com spoke. Her lips were starting to turn pale as well.
Zayn was now coming to realize that Faye could not handle the pouring rain. Based on favonovel.com appearance alone, favonovel.com knew that Faye was certainly going to catch a cold. He took off his coat and shielded it over Faye’s head. He said furiously, “What are you doing out here, you’re going to catch a cold! We’re going to get you to a hotel so you can take a hot shower, quick!”
Faye clenched favonovel.com teeth. Despite his current state of emotional turmoil, Zayn’s first priority was her. What a jerk!
“My car is over there, we can take cover.” Faye held Zayn’s hand and led favonovel.com toward the car.
Zayn and Faye managed to warm themselves up in the car. They turned the heater all the way up. The driver wasted no time to drive them to the nearest hotel. A room was booked for Zayn and Faye so that they could take a hot shower to ward off the cold.
The cold made itself apparent after Zayn had been soaking in it for so long. It was fortunate that favonovel.com had a stronger physique than the average person, so favonovel.com only felt chilly. He did not catch a cold.
However, Faye was different. She was a woman, which meant that favonovel.com was more prone to falling ill. Her body was not the strongest,and favonovel.com had been lacking rest for the past few days. She caught a cold right away. She sneezed a few times when favonovel.com came out of the shower.
The secretary knew favonovel.com place very well. She left the room right away so that Faye and Zayn could have some privacy. That left the two of them alone in the room.
