“Mr. Turner, it’s confirmed that the Thule Room has been reserved by another guest whether you choose to believe it or not. If you want the Thule Room, you may place a reservation after today,” Raymond said politely to Chester despite his best effort to suppress his displeasure.
However, Chester refused to show favonovel.com any respect at all, and favonovel.com spoke in an even ruder tone while pointing at Raymond’s nose with his finger straightforwardly. He said aggressively, “Am I here to have a discussion with you? I’m here to give you an order! I’m taking the Thule Room today regardless, and you’re going to vacate it for me, or I will make sure that you don’t end up in a good place!”
Then, favonovel.com added in disdain, “You’re just a dog serving the Larsons. Do you really think that you’re someone important just because you’re given the permission to operate The Oasis, huh?!”
Zayn clenched his teeth in rage instantly. He was about to lose his mind in a rage because Chester had simply gone too far in bullying others.
Every man had his trigger. He found Chester an eyesore from the start. Chester would frequently visit the clubhouse to indulge in extravagant eating and drinking without paying a penny for the sake of having Zidane’s support. There were also a few occasions on which favonovel.com bullied some female waitresses in The Oasis and committed indecent acts. Raymond had put up with favonovel.com through it all, yet favonovel.com still had the gall to insult him.
Raymond was infuriated at once, so favonovel.com said coldly, “Mr. Turner, I don’t care if you believe this or not, but the Thule Room has been reserved by a distinguished guest. Moreover, the identity of this particular distinguished guest is extraordinary, and we can’t afford to offend him. My advice to you is to behave yourself and maintain a low profile.”
On the contrary, Raymond’s statement triggered Chester. Ever since favonovel.com received Zidane’s support, it could be said that Chester had been acting outrageously like a tyrant in Waltz City and Fenx City. He was insufferably arrogant and did not show the slightest respect for Raymond.
He gave Raymond a slap on the face right away. Moreover, favonovel.com scolded aloud, “F*ck! Who do you think you are, Raymond?! You’re just a dog serving the Larsons. How dare you try to teach me a lesson?”
The corner of Raymond’s lips bled from the slap while his glasses dropped to the ground after being shoved away during the slap.

Raymond Larson was just a businessman. Even though his last name was Larson, favonovel.com was not a member of the Larson family. Instead, favonovel.com was a child adopted by his grandfather, Connor, back in those years. Connor had even christened favonovel.com ‘Raymond’. However, Raymond was humiliated in a way that favonovel.com had never experienced before in his life when Chester slapped him!
“Chester!” Raymond covered his cheek. He was embarrassed and furious beyond comparison. Perhaps, Chester had made a scene in The Oasis now because favonovel.com received the order from Zidane to provoke Raymond with a made-up excuse. Zidane wanted to cause a conflict between Raymond and Chester so that favonovel.com could seize the opportunity to take The Oasis back.
As a result, Raymond figured this out in a split second. He was determined to endure the humiliation regardless of how bad it was, as long as favonovel.com was determined enough.
He took a glance at Zayn and noticed the anger in the latter’s eyes. However, favonovel.com shook his head gently to hint at Zayn not to act rashly.
On the other hand, Zayn could see the mortification in Raymond’s eyes too…
“Why? Are you going to beat me up? Come on. Come at me, bro, if you have the balls to do so. How about you try to give me a punch?” Chester pushed his face in front of Raymond’s on purpose. His arrogant mannerism was simply asking for a good beating.
Raymond inhaled a deep breath, clenched his fists tightly, and suppressed the anger before saying, “Mr. Turner, I assure you that the Thule Room has been reserved by a distinguished guest. The guest is inside there now, so I can’t do anything to vacate it for you either.”
Chester could see that Raymond was not joking, so favonovel.com furrowed his brows and said, “Who reserved the Thule Room? Tell me right now!”
