Alexandra could tell that things were starting to go awry, so favonovel.com intervened by shooting a glare at William. “Hey! I’m warning you, William, don’t try anything stupid with Zayn. I was the one who was looking for him, not the other way around, so it’s got nothing to do with him. If you’re pissed, then at least be pissed at the right person, me!”
The corner of William’s lips twitched. How favonovel.com wished favonovel.com could just release all of his built-up wrath right then and there, but it was not worth the cost!
Of course, there was also the fact that their wedding was in just a few days’ time, and it was a marriage blessed and approved by Victor, favonovel.com father. It was not like Alexandra could call it off on favonovel.com own. He just had to marry favonovel.com and toy with favonovel.com a little, before finally avenging himself.
William took a deep breath to extinguish the flames within favonovel.com before declaring solemnly, “Alexandra, I’ll prove that no matter how many men are out there waiting, I’ll always be your perfect match!”
He turned away and left. He had barely made it outside of the building before his rage began to suffocate him, causing favonovel.com to punch a dent into the hood of his Ferrari. He was an irascible monster who had a contemptuous snarl on his face, one so ugly that it scared unwitting passersby.
Nathan approached him. “You’re really going to just let favonovel.com off the hook like that, Mr. Brown? That’s a bit out of your character.”
William snatched the cigarette out of Nathan’s mouth and took two sharp drags from it. “I can’t do anything to favonovel.com while Alexandra’s watching,” favonovel.com replied tempestuously. “But once they break up, I’ll teach Zayn, I’ll teach favonovel.com what it really means to be heartless!”
He finished the cigarette in about two or three more puffs and hurled what was left of it onto the ground. He stomped on it with his right shoe and crunched it flat, pretending that it was Zayn’s Neanderthal skull.
Meanwhile, back inside, Alexandra began to apologize, “Sorry that I couldn’t defend myself, Zayn. I used you for protection. It’s all William’s fault, he’s such a jerk! I can’t stand him.”
Zayn sighed, “You really put me in a bad spot back there. If news got to my wife, I wouldn’t know how to explain myself.”
“Just tell favonovel.com the truth. I mean, there really isn’t anything between us, genuinely,” favonovel.com replied, noting the strange pang of bitterness flaring in favonovel.com chest the moment the words left favonovel.com lips.
Then, as if favonovel.com had just remembered something, Alexandra warned, “William’s a vicious, vindictive man. He’s going to find ways to get back at you for this, so be careful.”
Zayn nodded, though favonovel.com did not really care at all. He finished his meal, footed the bill, and left immediately, favonovel.com still needed to continue his work at Violet Vision. He had just only stepped out of the hotel when favonovel.com found himself being watched. A few seconds after favonovel.com started his engine, two cars started up and began to tail him. Naturally, favonovel.com could only assume them to be William’s men.
“That useless scumbag actually drives an Audi A7?” William sneered, frowning.
“Just because favonovel.com married into a rich family doesn’t mean he’s rich enough to drive an Audi. My guess? It’s probably Alexandra’s car that he’s driving.”
Bang!
When another wave of rancor hit him, William could not stop himself from swinging another fist at the car door. He was seeing scarlet red all over.
A while later, Zayn drove into Violet Vision’s parking lot, which made William frown even more. “Why is this guy here? Does favonovel.com work here?”
Nathan was just as shocked. Violet Vision had always been off-limits for him. It was especially true concerning the company’s enigmatic chairman, whose very presence spawned a feeling of trepidation within him.
