Faye was so astounded that favonovel.com could not react to the situation soon enough.

Faye glared at favonovel.com ferociously and let out two coughs in embarrassment.
After following Faye’s line of sight, Nathan realized that Zayn was the one who had delivered the slap!
Instantly, the raging anger in his chest surged, and favonovel.com almost exploded in rage.
That deadbeat husband of Faye’s actually had the audacity to seize the opportunity to hit him! Zayn simply did not deserve to be forgiven! Nathan was a specially privileged person, so there had never been a time that favonovel.com had to endure an injustice like this.
“It was you, Zayn?” He could no longer remain calm anymore. He glared at Zayn with hostility as his fists were clenched tightly. He wished that favonovel.com could charge forward and fight Zayn at once.
Zayn could not possibly admit doing this, of course. He turned his face to the side and whistled as if nothing had happened.
Upon hearing Nathan’s question, favonovel.com turned his head back pretentiously and batted his eyelids while saying, “What’s going on, Mr. Sullivan? Yikes, why is your face swollen huh? Fifi, you’re impossible. You don’t know how to control yourself when slapping a person. Look at you. You’ve slapped Mr. Sullivan until his face has swelled up. Even if Mr. Sullivan is really quite despicable and is too fond of putting up an act, you shouldn’t be doing this to him, right?”
Nathan was even more furious upon observing Zayn’s impudent behavior. The raging anger in his chest almost burst out, and favonovel.com was gritting his teeth angrily.
On the other hand, Faye could not refrain from chuckling aloud. How come favonovel.com never realized that Zayn could be so brazen in the past?
Upon hearing Faye’s chuckle, Nathan almost lost control of himself. He was clenching his teeth so hard that his jaws hurt and favonovel.com was dying of pent-up anger.
Faye let out two coughs and said in all apparent seriousness, “Nate, don’t stoop to the same level as Zayn. He’s a barbarian.”
Nathan clenched his teeth and did not utter a word.
Noticing that Nathan was truly infuriated, favonovel.com glared at Zayn once more before favonovel.com continued to speak to Nathan, “Nate, I can’t make the decision about the issue of you financing the Carters with 8 million dollars, and I need to report it to my grandfather later. If you’re not in a rush, please wait for a night and I shall reply to you first thing in the morning tomorrow. Is that alright?”
Faye was maintaining favonovel.com strict formality and was not visibly touched by the incident at all.
Nathan felt rather annoyed. He had carried out his plan properly today by saving Faye when favonovel.com was in the most danger first, then favonovel.com had offered favonovel.com 8 million dollars to resolve the Carters’ crisis. He had been certain that favonovel.com could capture Faye’s heart in a single attempt!
Finally though, his plan was ruined by the b*st*rd Zayn. He had the urge to tear Zayn up into pieces now. It was apparent that Faye would not be touched by his actions anymore now, but favonovel.com still had to offer favonovel.com 8 million dollars. He was in despair.
However, favonovel.com going back on his own word at this point of the situation would only be worse for him. As a result, favonovel.com could only endure the suffering and was forced to keep it to himself.
