Shocked, Alex was completely unaware of the ambushes in this place. He was totally caught off guard. He believed that it must’ve been Bredon, the Black Dragon Chief’s puppet or pet. In an instant, favonovel.com condensed the power all over his body into his punch and was about to lash it out, but in the next moment, a familiar voice rang in his ears. “Don’t hit me. Don’t hit me. It’s me, your ally.”
Alex was immediately dazed. “Old geezer?”
The one who grabbed favonovel.com turned out to be Grand Emperor Rowan. He never expected Grand Emperor Rowan to have appeared here.
Grand Emperor Rowan showed a long face. “What old geezer? Am I that old?”
“This… Now is not the time to talk about this. Those two guys behind me are superb powerhouses. They are at least Advanced-Eonian Realm experts. We…” Alex was overwrought.
He had seen Grand Emperor Rowan’s cultivation before and being inferior to the Phoenix Empress, so how could Alex hide from those two bosses?

Bredon and the Black Dragon were attacking each other just now and were near him. After that, they stopped as if thy were unable to find any trace of him.
“Where is he? Where did that brat go?”

Bredon even summoned a long sword and slashed randomly, but favonovel.com just saw millions of sword shadows swishing through his body. Even so, favonovel.com was unscathed.

Grand Emperor Rowan sat on the ground as favonovel.com smacked his lips. “A man’s power is limited sometimes. No matter his cultivation, favonovel.com can’t see through this place of mine.”
After saying that, favonovel.com took out a gourd and started gulping.
“Brat, why are they chasing after you?”
Exhausted, Alex slumped to the ground. “I somehow encountered a huge heart that lives inside my body as its host. These two guys are here to snatch it. It seems to be of a great origin, but it has fused with my heart. I can’ t possibly gouge my heart out, right?”
Grand Emperor Rowan stared at the location of his heart again and again.
Alex covered his heart with his hand quickly. “What are you doing? You aren’t trying to steal my heart, too?”
“Tch!” Grand Emperor Rowan grunted. “I am an old man. Why do I have to steal a young brat’s heart? However, there is indeed a great problem with your heart.”
“D*mn. You can see it?”
“I use X-ray vision. I can see it, of course.”
“D*mn. You can use X-ray vision. Alright! I can use X-ray vision too! I even have the divine eye!”
“The divine eye is useless!” Grand Emperor Rowan rolled his eyes. “I can tell you are the present Buddha, but you attained Buddhahood halfway through with an impure mind. It’s really strange. A man like you who’s not short of women can actually become a Buddha? Has the principle of Buddhism changed? No more abstinence?”
Alex was dejected. “The divine eye is useless. What’s even useful around here?”
Grand Emperor Rowan said with a smile, “What is the strongest eye in Buddhism?”
“The divine eye. Isn’t it the Buddha’s eye?”
