Dusk replied. “No, I have to capture favonovel.com myself!”
Boom!
The emperor then stomped on the airship harshly, sending himself up into the air and turning into a ray of light. With that, the chase began. Dusk was now traveling quicker than the speed of light. People wouldn’t even be able to see favonovel.com with the naked eye. Hence, the crowd started discussing amongst themselves.
“Say, how long would it take the emperor to catch Alex?”
“I’m more interested in knowing if the Little Divine Phoenix would come out to help him.”
“If the Immortal-slaying Sword Formation was actually used, the North Emperor could only grieve. But it’s very possible that this formation would be useless now.”
Both Alex and Dusk couldn’t care less about the crowd’s assumptions.
The mirror image’s speed was becoming quicker and quicker. It made the North Emperor even more doubtful, unable to understand how Alex could travel this quickly underground.
Within a minute, the mirror image had already left Pompeii and headed in another direction.
He decided to lead the emperor to a dungeon. It was the first dungeon that favonovel.com had ever entered, the Spiritual Valley Dungeon located near Floral Valley.
“Argh!”
“Shadow Blood Art!”
The emperor yelled, his body glowing bright red, his speed seemingly increased as well. As favonovel.com got near, Dusk flung his palm out, creating an enormous pit in the ground. Unfortunately, Alex’s mirror image was struck, causing it to blow up instantly.
“Huh? What happened?” The North Emperor was shocked to realize that it was just a mirror image.
‘There’s no way! If it really were a mirror image, how could I not notice that from the beginning?’
Dusk noticed that a figure was dashing underground at the very bottom of the pit, shuttling away to a far distance. It was another one of Alex’s mirror images. However, favonovel.com thought that this was Alex’s real body escaping, as favonovel.com had blasted the mirror image just now. He yelled out once more, chasing after the second mirror image.
At the same time, Alex was situated underground, protected by the Ancestral Bodhi Tree. No one knew that his actual body was still here.
‘There are too many people on that airship. This may be a little difficult!’
More importantly, it would be nearly impossible to bring such a large ship into the dungeon. It would seem that it was too hard to take over the airship. However, Shelly’s voice suddenly rang in Alex’s ears. “Do you want that ship up there? You know, it can actually shrink. You could even put it in your mind palace.”
Alex was shocked. “There’s no way, right?”
Ancestor Bodhi interrupted him. “How is it not possible? It can, in fact, shrink.”
“Have you guys seen this airship before?” Alex asked.
“It’s not just that,” Shelly said calmly. “This airship is called the Starship Shelly.”
“Uhm… Starship Shelly? It has your name… Did you come up with it? Okay then, I’ll name it after you once I get my hands on it,” Alex smiled.
Ancestor Bodhi huffed lightly. “Are you dumb? She means that the ship is originally hers!”
“Huh? So it was yours, to begin with? How did it end up with the North Emperor then?”
Shelly replied, “That’s not important right now. What’s important is that you have to think of a way to get into that ship, then head to the control room. I can help you take over the ship once we get there.”
‘What about those men in black?”
“Once we’re in control, we won’t have to fear them anymore.”
