At the Fuzen Tower, The men of Rakshasa Temple were going insane. The force field around the tower had become uncontrollable after Alex activated the tunnel at the sanctuary for imprisoned demons.
Initially, Rakshasa Temple had control over the formation here, with the ability to activate it to their will. Just like when they’d activated the force field to control Alex and Jade. Not only did it prevent Alex and Jade from running away, but it also prevented the American experts from coming forth and saving them.
The circumstances now were different, however. They couldn’t leave the tower themselves as they lost control of the force field.
At first, the men of Rakshasa Temple didn’t take note of it. They were busy worrying about the Dao Field on Terra Mountain being taken over by the Returning Sword Sect…
However, they soon realized what was happening. The disciples they sent through the door were dying, and their Soul Stones were shattered consecutively within a short time.
They didn’t think that Alex and Jade did it, so they suspected that the Returning Sword Sect was behind it.
More importantly, the Rakshasa Temple didn’t stop sending people in. To their horror, no one came back alive. Everyone died. The door was like a human-eating monster.
The sect master had ordered the disciples to come back out immediately after taking a look, but no one was able to return.
After a while, the sect master of Rakshasa Temple finally realized that the door that Alex had opened didn’t lead to the Dao Field of Terra Mountain but to the Demon Cleansing Tower.
She believed that everyone who entered was now dead.
