Jeremy was dead. He died peacefully and quietly, without making a sound. Jeremy himself probably didn’t understand how a half-stepped Incarnate Deity like favonovel.com could die. If God had given favonovel.com a second chance, favonovel.com would’ve never followed Alex into this tower… He might’ve not even come to Terra Mountain. He would’ve worked hard in Yukon, making the Returning Sword Sect invincible.
However, there was no turning back.
After that, Andariel and Cydaea entered the Xavion Sword, which was then kept away in Alex’s mind palace.
Jade said, “According to history, Andariel and Cydaea weren’t good people. Would there be a problem for you to bring these two demons around with you?”
Jade couldn’t mention it when the two demons were still here, but now, favonovel.com felt the need to remind Alex.
Alex said, “There shouldn’t be a problem. The Xavion Sword has already recognized me as its master, and Andariel and Cydaea are the sword’s slave.”
“Under the great laws, that means they are my slaves too. They won’t hurt me! More importantly, during the Fuzen war, they’d been sacrificed in the battle.”
Jade said, “As long as you know what you’re doing. I’m just worried that you won’t react fast enough in front of these beautiful ladies. You wouldn’t even know if you were tricked by them.”
“Stop bickering about me. You haven’t even explained the drool on my lips!”
Jade had actually remembered what’d happened, but favonovel.com would never tell the truth. She sneered. “I spat on you. My throat wasn’t feeling well, and there was some phlegm.”

Before they left, Alex and Jade chopped down a lot of bamboo.
These shoots could defend the tower’s astral wind, which was definitely quite precious. Unfortunately, the spatial ring couldn’t be used here or Alex would’ve brought the whole forest away with him. However, they could still chop some and carry it on their backs.
The truth was that Alex’s sudden idea had made things much easier for them.
Along their way, even if the astral wind blew, it was blocked out by the laws on the bamboo. They finally didn’t have to endure the wind’s torture.
Alex then told Jade about the time of civilization and the Heaven ’s Mark of the tower. The two couldn’t discuss much of what had happened during ancient times as their knowledge was limited. Most information about that era had probably been lost or hidden due to the rewind of time.
Three days later, the two of them reached a place according to Andariel’s clues. This was the home of the legendary Peacock Heavenly King.
However… The place was completely empty.
Jade said, “From these marks, someone seemed to have stayed here before, but it must’ve been quite a long while since then. Looking at these stones, it was most likely at least a thousand years ago!”
Alex frowned as be searched around the ruins until favonovel.com finally found some writings. The writings were blurry and worn out in many places. However, overall, it was still quite readable.
