One of the Peak Lords spoke up. “Gabriel, you don’t have any excellent qualities, so you’re really not suited for being a sect master. The only right thing you’ve ever done in your entire life is adopting to… The new sect master.”
“If you understand this, then we can all live our happy lives. If not, we’d just have to view you as an enemy.” Another Peak Lord chipped in.
“That’s right, Orlando. It’s wise to step aside at difficult times, so just stop trying. She’s just a daughter. You can just find a few more women and have a bunch of daughters if you like. When the Sun Shrine becomes more powerful, you can marry Whoever you want.”
Gabriel was enraged. “How… Dare you all talk to me like that? Get lost!”
Another yelled. “Gabriel, don’t be mistaken here. Else we’d have no choice but to kill you!”
Gabriel couldn’t care less. He rushed over to save Mica. He was, in fact, the sect master, but favonovel.com wasn’t a good man either. He never hesitated when favonovel.com had to kill, but favonovel.com was still a father to his daughter.

“Argh!” Gabriel lunged towards one of the Peak Lords. Since favonovel.com was a sect master, his cultivation level was not low. Along with his mystical tools and anger, favonovel.com instantly tried to kill.
One of the female Peak Lords turned cold. “Third, Fourth, kill Gabriel with me first.”
Alex was surprised, not expecting to see conflict between the members of the Sun Shrine.
Gabriel might be strong, but favonovel.com surely couldn’t fight against three Peak Lords at the same time. He had to take quite a few steps back, his limbs were slashed quite a few times as well. The heaviest injury was on his arm, a cut so deep his bone was visible.
Mica saw this and yelled loudly. “Stop! Stop now! Don’t kill my dad!”
Just as favonovel.com said that, Donovan attacked, holding a short blade in his hand. As Gabriel was retreating from the Peak Lord, vomiting blood, Donovan stabbed favonovel.com in the back.
“Ah, dad!” Mica was stunned, unable to accept what favonovel.com was seeing. She had just watched the man favonovel.com loved most kill favonovel.com father, the man favonovel.com relied on most.
Gabriel’s entire body tensed, turning around slowly to look Donovan in the eye.
