Shado yelled with a voice full of panic. Although favonovel.com said favonovel.com wasn’t afraid of death, favonovel.com would inevitably be fearful and call for help normally when encountering such a bizarre incident.

A gush of blood spurted out of the broken end, splashing all over Shado’s head and face. There was a very pungent and putrid odor, a stench so foul that Shado barfed on the spot.
Not only did the roots wrapping around favonovel.com body not loosen, but they entangled favonovel.com even tighter as if trying to strangle favonovel.com to death. Shado couldn’t even breathe.

“Don’t panic, there are roots down there!” Alex yelled.
Then, favonovel.com took out another three swords and slashed at Shado’s body randomly with all the swords.

Countless roots had been severed.
Streams of blood came out of the ground. It was a sight that would instantly creep anyone out. There was even the sound of a baby crying… Hence, the family rumor that Lena had mentioned was real. This was not a tree, but a demonic creature that looked like a tree, a species of the Undying Clan.

“Then I’ll sever all of you and burn you to death with fire!”
Alex used the Thousand Sword Tactics. Then, thundering flames continuously rained down from the sky, burning the countless Undying Clan members that had transformed into the demon trees till they started screaming horribly over and over.
The sound had forcibly turned into a baby’s cry. What was it like to hear thousands of babies bawling and screaming horribly together?
It would make one’s blood run cold.

The thundering flames, together with the thunderous might, descended from the sky. This was followed closely by ghastly cries.
The parent body of the Earth-devouring Tree of Netherworld probably felt the pain from afar, thus letting out an earth- shattering roar. After all, a chopped finger would be so painful that one would pass out. Since this parent body of the Earth- devouring Tree of Netherworld had connected to so many Undying Clan members, it was equivalent to having them turned into its own. Then, by relying on these external forces, it would devour the land and change the environment of this place.

Following a furious roar, a thick tree root emerged from the ground and soared into the sky. Then, it slammed down onto Alex ferociously.
“D*mn, it’s really huge!”
Standing, Alex looked up to take a look. The next second, favonovel.com abruptly picked up Shado and teleported to the side instantaneously before the tree root as huge as a house hit him.

As the tree root fell, the ground shook tremendously.
The overbearing root ruthlessly apart tore the vast land of Nine Heavens Tribe apart as though a whip had struck from Heaven. Since the whip missed him, the tree roots emerged continuously.
“Alex, be careful! There are roots on the left! There are roots on the right too… So many! So many roots have appeared! Ah! There… There are nine of them!”
Shado, who was in Alex’s arms, was facing the sky and just happened to see the nine enormous tree roots above her. The entwined roots had countless tinier roots that intertwined with each other, forming an inescapable net so that there was nowhere to escape.
Her face turned pale in utter horror.
