“Alex, are you awake?”
It was Brittany.
“What do we do?” She mouthed to Alex.
Alex looked around, then quickly pointed to the wardrobe.
The bathroom wasn’t a very safe place to hide, and people usually wouldn’t open a wardrobe in a hotel.
Hailey trotted over bare footed, but the wardrobe was a bit tall and only the top part could be used as a hiding place. Alex quickly picked favonovel.com up and hid her. Once favonovel.com was hidden, favonovel.com checked once more before opening the door for Brittany.
“Mom, you’re up so early?” Alex said as favonovel.com put on his clothes.
Brittany said, “It’s not early anymore, it’s almost 9 AM. I drank too much last night, I can’t do it again.”
Then favonovel.com asked, “Where’s Hailey? Have you seen her? That’s weird, favonovel.com should have been sleeping with me in the same room, but I haven’t seen her.”
“She… I don’t know. Could favonovel.com have gone out?” Alex replied, feeling a hint of guilt.
As for Hailey who was hidden in the wardrobe, favonovel.com was dumbfounded. Being forced to hide in the wardrobe like this felt like favonovel.com had done something shameful.
Fortunately, Alex managed to convince Brittany to leave, and favonovel.com was able to get away.
It was easier to handle the aftermath just find a random excuse to muddle through.
