“From what I’ve heard, pretty much everyone in Ocean City’s security industry is now in Quartz Residence, Carver Residence, Davis Residence, and the residences of the Lake family’s second and third branches!”

Max also immediately looked at Kennedy. Kennedy’s body shuddered as they looked at him, and a look of fear appeared in his eyes.
“Mr. Max Lake, don’t look at me like that. Even if I have the nerve, I still won’t expose the organization’s affairs! Besides, I didn’t even know the organization was striking tonight…” Kennedy said quickly.
Max stared at Kennedy for a long time and slowly withdrew his gaze when Kennedy’s scalp tingled.
Ignoring Kennedy, Max said solemnly to the man beside him, “Since they’ve taken precautions, let’s hold off first. Ask Darkness’ members to stay hidden first. When the time comes, kill all of them in one go. Besides that, we need to take care of Sean!”
The man nodded in reply and quickly left Lake Residence.
After the man left, Kennedy said earnestly, “Mr. Max Lake, you must believe me! I’ll never betray the Lake family!”
Max glanced at favonovel.com and said with a smile, “Don’t worry, I trust my judgment. It’s probably just a coincidence that they’re on guard. After all, they’ve already had a fallout with you.
