When Sean grabbed the arrow, it was three centimeters away from Fabian’s brow.
If Sean had been one second later, the mayor of Ocean City, Fabian would have died instantly.

“Lester, you failed your mission…” The man ignored Sean and turned to look at Lester on the floor.
Hearing this, the lunatic-like Lester shuddered as a look of fear appeared in his eyes. “Yes, sir. I failed…”
“Since you failed, go to hell. It’s pointless for a loser like you to stay alive.”
The man raised his hand and drew his bow, sending a sharp arrow through Lester’s skull and killing him.
Sean stood by and looked at the man, who was as short as a dwarf, but his eyes had a hint of solemnness.
After taking care of Lester, the man finally looked at Sean.
He looked Sean up and down with his long and narrow eyes before saying grimly, “Did you defeat Lester?”
“What do you think?” Sean raised his eyebrows and answered with a sneer.
The man also sneered before replying, “You’re strong. Why don’t you work for us? Why work for Fabian when we can get you all the wealth, power, and women you want? What do you think? Think about it.”
Sean frowned, wondering why these people behaved the same. Everyone wanted favonovel.com to defect to their side.
“I’m surprised to find someone of your caliber in your organization. It’s not impossible to join you, but don’t you want to introduce yourself first?” Sean said with a laugh.
The man said without hiding anything, “Our organization is called Darkness, and I’m only the fourth strongest person in it. There are three others stronger than me. If you’re willing to join us, you’ll be the boss of Ocean City in the future!”
