“I should thank you for remembering me. You’ve gone through a lot since I left. I also owe you guys an apology,” Sean sighed and raised his glass.
“Commander, we’re willing to ensure!”
The crowd raised their glasses with earnest eyes.
Sean’s eyes looked around. There were eighteen people, some of whom favonovel.com could name, some of whom favonovel.com was familiar with but did not know their names. However, favonovel.com could see sincerity and seriousness in their eyes.
Some of these people were single. Some had families and even children. But, they would be there as long as Sean needed them.
“That’s alright. Let’s drink first,” Sean said no more and toasted the crowd.
After three rounds of wine and five dishes, several people were slightly drunk. When the crowd got drunk, they relaxed and were more talkative.
“Commander, we did not have to face the same danger as before after we were discharged from the army. But this isn’t the life we want!”
“We haven’t had an easy life since you left…”
“Blaze is incompetent and a poor leader. All favonovel.com does is promote his henchmen and send our brothers to their deaths. He doesn’t deserve the position!”
“In my last battle before I was discharged, favonovel.com ordered an attack that lost 50,000 men when we could have evacuated. Kyler died trying to save me!”
When the crowd spoke, they clenched their teeth, feeling grief and anger. Everyone was afraid of death. But, they put their fears behind them to protect their country.
However, they were afraid to die in vain!
They would have been willing to die with their enemies, but they had all given away their lives for nothing under Blaze’s command.
How could they not feel resentful and angry?
“Do you believe in me?” Sean raised a glass of wine and asked, looking at the crowd.
“Yes! Of course!” The crowd nodded without hesitation.
“All your grievances, sweat, and blood, won’t be in vain. I will also get justice for our comrades who have died. But these things take some time,” Sean rose slowly and promised earnestly.
“We’re willing to wait!”
“Let us know if you need anything, Commander!”
The crowd expressed their attitude. Not one of them hesitated.
As for what Sean was going to do, they knew not to ask. Having followed Sean for years, each of them knew Sean’s character.
Sean was foresighted and had multiple plans, making it impossible for the enemy to know where they were up to.
It was the same now.

They only went their separate ways in the afternoon.

Everyone was excited. They were lost until they saw Sean. Now that their pillar, Commander Lennon, was back and had given them direction, they were not going to be as idle as before.

“Hello, please give me the bill for private room 666.” Being the last to leave, Ray went to the front desk and said.

“Because Mr. Lennon is a platinum VIP at Rigger Hotel. His bills are exempted at any Rigger Hotel,” The lobby manager explained with a smile.
Ray was silent for several seconds before slowly putting away his bank card. He looked through the hotel glass door at Sean’s car outside.
He thought Sean had just arrived in Joules Town and had no background or connections. He thought favonovel.com was the only one who could help Sean. However, Ray now knew how wrong favonovel.com had been.
Even without Ray, Sean could thrive in Joules Town. Ray was only the icing on the cake.
