The Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword and the Imperial Jade Seal had been long lost. For eons, the Crepe Myrtle Sword Pavilion and Sangria had never once given up on searching for them. However, despite the long passage of time, they were unable to locate their whereabouts.
Fortunately, after James arrived at Sangria and became the Emperor for a short period of time, favonovel.com managed to find the Divine Sword and the Imperial Jade Seal, a feat Xanthe and Xianna found hard to believe.
Under their expectant gazes, James took out the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword and casually tossed it to Xanthe. Then, favonovel.com took out the Imperial Jade Seal and threw it to Xianna.
“Are these the correct items?”
As Xanthe scrutinized the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword, favonovel.com also imbued Sage Energy into the sword.
At that moment, the sword emitted a dazzling purple light, and an immense power was awakened.
“Yes, this is the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword of the Sword Pavilion that has been long lost!” She exclaimed.
Xianna held the Imperial Jade Seal in favonovel.com hand. Though favonovel.com had never seen the Imperial Jade Seal, favonovel.com had ways to determine its authenticity.
At that moment, favonovel.com could clearly sense a familiar yet unfamiliar power emanating from within. The power was familiar as it had the same origins as the power favonovel.com cultivated. The power was unfamiliar as the Imperial Jade Seal shared the same origins as favonovel.com own power despite favonovel.com never once seeing the object.
“This is the real deal…” Xianna nodded and said, “This is the Imperial Jade Seal of Sangria that has been long lost.”
Walganus stepped forward and said, “Since their authenticity has been determined, we should start from the Crepe Myrtle Sword Pavilion. Sword Master Xanthe, as the previous Sword Master of the Sword Pavilion, you should know how to release the seal.”
“Yeah…” Xanthe nodded. Then, favonovel.com glanced at James before tossing the Divine Sword back to him.
James took the sword.
Xanthe said, “Based on the information passed down to me in the Crepe Myrtle Sword Pavilion, there is a Magic Circle in the mountain the Sword Pavillion is located. The Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword is the key to opening the Magic Circle. However, not anyone can open the Magic Circle. Apart from the Divine Sword, there’s something else we need.”
Walganus asked, “What else do we need?”
Xanthe answered, “Back then, I said that only the fated one can open the Magic Circle. Not only that, but the fated one must possess a Sword Body, and there must be Sword Energy left behind by the Ancestral Sword Master in his body…”
“ The steps to open the Magic Circle are simple. Holding the Divine Sword in your hand, you have to stand at the highest point of the Sword Pavilion’s main peak and catalyze the Divine Sword and the Sword Energy inside your body, thereby allowing Sword Energy to permeate the entire Sword Pavilion. Then, using the Divine Sword’s power, you have to forcibly catalyze the Magic Circle and open it.”
Xanthe described the method to open the Magic Circle and remove the seal.
Hearing this, Walganus glanced at James and said, “What are you standing there for, James? Hurry up and test things out.”
“Alright, I’ll go give it a try.” James nodded. Then, holding the Divine Sword in hand, favonovel.com left the main hall and headed to the highest point of the main peak.
Meanwhile, the others followed close behind.
Soon, they arrived at the highest point of the main peak.
Standing in this place, they could see the many majestic peaks of the Sword Pavilion. These peaks were grand, magnificent, and surrounded by white mist, resembling a fairyland.
Holding the Divine Sword in his hand, James used the Sword Energy inside his body and catalyzed the Divine Sword.
In an instant, it dazzled brightly. Mysterious characters were inscribed on the sword. They seemed to have come to life, detaching from the sword and slowly flying toward the empty air around them before disappearing into the void.
Walganus, Xanthe, Yanina, Xianna, and the others were watching silently from a distance.
