James answered favonovel.com truthfully with a smile on his face, saying, “It’s a signature cultivation method I cultivated in the Celestial Abode. Over the past month, I’ve been cultivating inside the Time Chamber. Though only a month has passed in the outside world, I’ve been cultivating inside for seven years and a half.”
“I see…” Thea nodded.
She knew that James owned the Celestial Abode and that there was a Time Chamber inside.
The two hurriedly left Mount Bane.
Soon, they arrived at Wrymstead, currently the safest country on Earth. That was because the Black Dragon Army was comprised of martial artists. Although they were weak, with most of them being first–rank martial artists, they could deal with the mutated animals just fine with the help of high–tech weaponry.
Under the Black Dragon Army’s protection, Wyrmstead was safe. Besides, in preparation for the apocalypse, Wyrmstead had a series of precautionary measures. As such, the country was the one that suffered the least casualties since the outbreak of the First Calamity.
At the moment, there was hunger and poverty all around the world. Countries that had limited. food reserves found themselves on the brink of collapse as the population began taking things into their own hands by resorting to violent activities. Many countries had no choice but to take a hard stance, annihilating all who created disturbances.
In any case, the world had fallen into disarray.
Apart from Wyrmstead, some other countries remained relatively peaceful, which included Sol, Japura, Tacriyrus, Lothian, and a few others.
On the way back to Wrymstead, Thea explained the current situation to James.
Upon arriving at Wrymstead, they headed straight for the palace.
