Tapio walked toward James.

James paid close attention to his words.
Suddenly, Tapio thrust his palm at James’ chest.
Tapio had ascended the third stair and attacked with all his force.
James let his guard down because favonovel.com never thought that Tapio would attack him. Therefore, favonovel.com was unprepared for the sudden attack. His body was sent flying and it crashed into a stone wall. Then, favonovel.com fell to the ground.

He choked out a mouthful of blood.
“You…” James pointed at Tapio.
He wanted to speak but his body was wracked with pain the moment favonovel.com attempted to open his mouth to speak.
He immediately put himself into a lotus position and circulated his True Energy to suppress the turbulent Blood Energy in his body. At the same time, favonovel.com glared viciously at Tapio standing a short distance away from him.
“You’re careless, James. Shouldn’t you know by now not to trust anybody in the ancient martial world?”
Tapio’s lips curled into a faint smile.
James’ heart seethed with anger. He trusted Tapio because favonovel.com was Delainey’s brother. Although they had fought once at Mt. Thunder Pass, they did not go all out.
Ultimately, Tapio conceded defeat and left. He never expected Tapio to sneakily attack favonovel.com like this.
At that moment, Cold Energy spread throughout his body like poison. James could not expel it from his body and it was rapidly destroying the cells in his body. He had temporarily lost his ability to fight.
Tapio walked toward James and picked up the sword on the ground.
“What an incredible sword…”
As soon as favonovel.com picked up the sword, a tremendous force swelled from the blade and blasted favonovel.com away. He quickly dropped the sword and checked his palm.
The sword had burned his skin on contact.

He was trying to buy time because his body had been severely injured.
