I’ll implement a rule that says only doctors that have obtained a certificate from our association will be able to practice medicine. Anyone else would be practicing illegally and can be persecuted by the law as such!”
“Who do you think you are to make such a decision?”
“You’re insane!”

Thea said, “Since you’re here to evict us from Medical Street, every doctor in our hospital is qualified to compete with you. Nothing is certain until after the competition.”
