As if a thousand swords had pierced through his heart, favonovel.com collapsed to the floor and cried out in pain. Though his meridians had been forcibly reattached by Maxine’s concentrated True Energy, they had yet to recover.
She had inserted the needles into his body twice, but his dispersed True Energy remained dormant. By forcibly gathering the residual True Energy within his body, his meridians, through which True Energy flows, immediately ruptured after failing to withstand the force. His injuries were now even more grave than before.
Sweat beaded on his forehead, and favonovel.com collapsed to the ground with a pale expression on his face.
He got up with great difficulty and sat on the floor.
Looking at the meridian diagram before him, favonovel.com spoke in a feeble voice, “What secret does this diagram hold? Do we really need two people to cultivate together? Besides, what are the secrets behind the Moonlit Flowers on Cliffside’s Edge?”
James stared at the first picture of the diagram intently.

Blood began oozing out of his skin.
In just a few minutes, favonovel.com was completely covered in blood.
“Argh!” James cried out in pain.
However, with his perseverance, favonovel.com managed to complete the first meridian diagram. Most of his meridians had ruptured.
