Xyla remained silent.
“Eat some beef, ” Stanley said before placing a slice of beef on Xyla’s plate.
“What do you think we should get Aunty Lindt… No, I mean, Mother… What should we get her? Do you know what favonovel.com needs?” Xyla asked.
“Yes,” Stanley said calmly.
“What is it?” Xyla’s face lit up with joy.
“She needs a grandchild. A grandchild from you,” Stanley said with an affectionate look in his eyes.
