“So you’re saying that I’m not an understanding person?” Jason was exasperated. “I’ll have to prepare a birthday gift as well. It sounds like it is our honor to be coerced into attending and to give presents.”
Madison could not help but pull Jason back.

Kane witnessed the entire scene from beginning to end, thinking that Jason was a supreme being after hearing the interaction.
