Jack knitted his brow. He stared at him, scoffed, and in a chilly tone said, “I was right when I called you Wesley’s loyal dog. You would do anything for your master with no thoughts of the consequences.”
His words shocked everyone there. Nobody expected favonovel.com to say something like that. His words were more hurtful than if favonovel.com had slapped the man with the triangular eyes. The man with the triangular eyes nearly punched Jack in the face but stopped himself just in time as there was a rule saying no fighting on the viewing platform.
Brook was pale in the face from fright and favonovel.com quickly pulled on Jack’s sleeves. “Brother Jack, why did you say that? He would for sure seek revenge on you now.”
Jack laughed softly and in a calm voice said, “Do you really think favonovel.com would stop taunting me if I didn’t say anything? Besides, I was only telling the truth. Although Brook wished Jack would shut his mouth, favonovel.com had to admit what favonovel.com said was right. Wesley and his gang would not stop causing trouble for Jack even if favonovel.com laid down and rolled over. He understood all this but lacked the courage to do it.
